I have been a customer of the brand and the place for many years and the quality has been declining quite a bit and so has the customer service. It's a shame because it was one of the best fried chicken places in all of Heredia.

This is the crispiest chicken I have ever tried. They found a way of making the chicken skin quite crispy without burning it. The taste is quite good as well.

I thought the kitchen was the same as the one in Heredia. And totally different flavor and texture of chicken, the place itself does not have good decoration and the smell of the place does not give that feeling that it is delicious to eat chicken. And the service was quite poor, in addition to that the person who served us had a rather unpleasant smell.

I am referring to the Mercedes Norte location. Very good flavor of the chicken, always freshly made, thanks to the fact that they sell a lot. The place is not the best but the flavor is undoubtedly very good. Recommended to take away. 👍👍

Pollo Sixzler is definitely a place for wing lovers. Its variety of flavors, especially honey and buffalo mustard, make for a delicious experience. The large, well-dipped wings are a plus, making it your favorite place to enjoy chicken.

The food is very good but they have terrible customer service. I've had a couple of bad experiences where they don't have the order ready or they take much, much longer than they tell you.

The service is terrible, they give you the food 30 minutes later and give priority to those who arrive to take away and those who arrive to eat leave us last and the manager is an arrogant and spoiled person, she has no customer service at all, she should changing people is a toxic person
