Reserved a 2 star rated hotel, but the one pictured online does not match actual rooms. Do not book this place!! As seen from other reviews, they said they were overbooked but was able to get us a room that we did not reserve. The rooms were digital locks, but broken and put off an anoying beeping alarm. The rooms may lock but doors are not fitted right. The safety metal plate on door was bent up like someone tried to remove it. Carpets were wet, sink was rusty and had holes on seams, it was like the room was thrown together by an amateur. No cable just static tv. Would not refund my room. Do not reserve this place it is worse than a motel!! No pool, free breakfast advertised but only coffee.

Overall, my stay at this hotel wasn't bad. I didn't have any issues with bed bugs or things the other reviews say. The staff there was very courteous and the deal I got on the room was nice. The hotel is rather dated, and parts of the hallways do smell pretty strong of pot. My towels were ok, but I think some new towels and linens might be a good idea for the future.

Room was clean, plenty of towels and soap, no bedbugs. The bathroom was clean, no mold, didn't look like the tub and sink were installed in the 70s. Breakfast had bacon, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal and other stuff. I got 3 nights for ~$89 total. I had to book at the desk to get a better rate than what I saw online. I love a deal so I'm happy. Wifi is spotty and no washer/dryer for guests but otherwise it seems like a great value.

Booked a hotel room with you all from Tuesday July 9, 2019 through July 17, 2019. On July 11, 2019 around 6a.m. We left so that I could be to work before 7am. When my daughter returned by 8am, our hotel room had been invaded and items had been stolen. My daughter had four bags and a pair of curling irons taken. 3 of them were Michael Kors purses, 1 trimmed in orange and peanut butter colored and 2 were brown, 1 Bebe maroon purse; I have pictures of and with all of them. I’ve had different mishaps every since I booked and spent my first night in this hotel room. I’m highly upset and feel violated!! I need to hear from someone as soon as possible, compensated and I’m goin to the authorities! Y’all have strays hanging in and out of the hallways all times of day and night; this is despicable, says a lot about this business and the people whom you hire! I need answers ASAP!

Pure nasty.. was scared to lay my head down ... pillows were nasty. Mirrors were not clean. Broken old furniture .cigarette holes in the bed comforter. Carpet was nasty had a old smell to it was not vacuumed. Toilet was not cleaned it had stains inside the toilet... for all my out of town visiters don't .. Only thing I can say was nice was the staff at the front desk very nice and friendly. The Hotel needs a upgrade badly. Like they say You pay for what you get .

Drug activity outside. I drove my 18 wheeler here thinking I will get a good night outside of the truck. My truck is much cleaner than this place stains on the comforters and shower curtain. Writing on the mirror rust everywhere no fan in the bathroom. The truck stop showers are much cleaner than this place. Staff is instructed to give each room one entry card. So you have to sit up all night if you sharing room with somebody to let them in. This is the worst place I have been in years. I give it one star because the staff was nice. I got here at 2:30 but said I couldn't get into my room until 3 p.m. because there was no clean rooms.. Really!!?

Stayed with my hubby a few nights when he visited from out of town... I was suprised it was as nice as it was for the price. Only problem we had was, there wasn't toilet paper in our room.... Other than that it was cool... It’s 4 years later I stated there again. It was gross the room had so much moisture and the air barely worked. The lighting was horrible and there was dry pre in the tub 💀 it’s burned down now anyway

They have an Awesome staff. I am not sure the new ladies name that works the front desk but she, Kay and Jamie which has been our housekeeper all week and the manager is the only ones we have meet. They are great. The rooms are very comfortable and clean thanks too Jamie our housekeeper.

I would never stay here again. The room was dirty. The towels were dusty/dingy looking. There were red stains on the floor and splattered on the wall. The bed consisted of a bottom sheet and a thin blanket. When we asked about getting another one, we were told no...they didn't have extras. The TV didn't work. We asked to be moved to a different room, the first lady said she could move us, but then we were told that the hotel was completely booked so they could not. And we were told they did not refund under any circumstances. All thru the night, you could hear prostitutes walking the hallway. This was by far the worst experience we have ever had, and we spend a lot of time in hotels because of my husbands job. I would sleep in my car before ever staying in this hotel again.

Great housekeeping ,very poor front desk nobody was up there at 7:45-9:00 a.m that's when mostly everyone checks out ,halls smelled like ciggars because I seen 2 guys walking and smoking what smelled like blunts. To say my stay was horrible , I used to be a housekeeper and my husband has experience working front desk . And it was at a Magnuson hotel and we never ever did things that way our boss rode our butts ok my complaining is over now . Thanks for reviewing my complaint.
