This hotel is highly recommended because of their exceptional service and attention to detail whereas their customers are concerned. All the rooms face the valley and have a good view. The morning buffet breakfast had a great variety of South Indian food, eggs, freshly made dosas etc. the rooms are neat, clean and reasonably spacious. My husband fell sick here and the staff went above and beyond to transport him to a hospital and take care of my needs as well. I cannot speak enough of the kindness and empathy the staff showed me and my family throughout this ordeal. They leave no stone unturned to make all their customers happy. I cried when I thanked them on my departure as I was so overwhelmed by their kindness. I would rate them a 10 out if 5 stars if I could. This hotel is just off the Mall Road and has plenty of shops, food and action. I’m so glad I chose to stay here. Each and every member of the staff, the managers and all at the lobby are a true asset to this company.

the rooms are comfortable. we stayed at valley view suite . The team of Paridhi, Tanya, Mr Manjot, Mr. Abhishek, Ms Anjali , Mr Pradeep were very helpful and the hospitality was great. the property is very close to the mall road - picture palace side. the food - Bfast - partha , Dosa were made exceptionally well and the service was also quick.

It was a great experience here. Very beautiful property on mall road. Accessible to local market. Staff is very cooperative. Specially Miss Paridhi on front desk, Thank-you soo much Paridhi to arrange complimentary cake for my wife's birthday at the last moment.you made it extra special. The hotel is good. It's just that the taxi car cannot come to the hotel side. So we have to wait for the hotel ride to pick you up. If you have any senior citizens,you may have to think about it. The service staff is of great help as the rooms are not greatly soundproofed, they helped us change rooms and were very helpful. Especially Mr . Suraj and Ms.Paridhi. The breakfast staff were great especially Taniya who helped us a lot. Great service with a smile.

Overall good experience.. the hotel is in a good location for the view and very close proximity to Mall road, rooms are decent sized .. and bathrooms are slightly small. Service is very good.. we were not feeling very well and the entire staff made sure we got what was needed

Excellent hospitality, we were here for 3 days with our 4 year old daughter the staff made sure taht our stay was indeed comfortable and cozy. The food is yumm, do try the soups and the pizza.. the breakfast was a wide yumm spread . Pradeep really helped us and Shubham and Mukesh rawat made our stay really a memorable one ... We will surely come back

I am a regular customer of Ramada chain. So the trust continues again. My son was attached to one of the employee so much that every morning he used to search for the same. My son has puked and the house keeping staff was very caring and making us comfortable for that. Location is awesome and build in such a way that you can relax and njy with family with scenic view of valley. At night, fhe view is more beautiful. The experience at Ramada Mussorie was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed it here. The only problem faced was the noise during the night due to a family partying which was not controlled by the hotel services. Otherwise an amazing stay experience.

The hotel's ambiance and surroundings are stunning, but what truly sets Ramada Mussorie apart is its dedicated staff. From check-in to check-out, the entire team, led by Mr. Manjot Sir, made my stay a memorable one. It's a place I'd love to return to.

Very old property with average rooms definitely not worth the price. Worst part is we were given the worst room in the hotel although complete hotel was empty. We were forced to wake up at 5 or 6 in the morning due to very loud sound of people talking and vehicle moving since our room was just above the main entrance and with 0 noise insulation. Multiple requests to change the room were simply ignored. Only food and restaurant staff was good.

Best hotel in Mussoorie.The rooms were luxurious and spacious.The staff was very coorperative and the service was also awsome.This hotel has the best view.Everyday they have Tambola party with snacks in their English garden.I highly recommend this hotel. Travelled with parents and this was a very good hotel where we stayed in Mussoorie. The hotel is 100m down the mall road and the hotel provides pick up and drop from picture palace point.. very highly recommended for anyone who is looking at an option to travel with senior citizens

The hotel is located in a beautiful location the property is clean and well maintained. All staff are very hospitable and forthcoming in providing excellent service. The food served is also delicious. Worth the high tariff as their service quality is also of same high standard.
