Today I visited Smart Bazar Hisar. It was such an unpleasant and unprofessional behaviour from the staff that is never expected from a brand like reliance . I was asked to get lost from the store by the same guy when I was complaining to the person incharge there. I am really really disappointed with such an unpleasant experience. I could not even connect with the Store Manager as he was not available.

Apart from keeping in operation 1 or 2 billing counters ( out of 8 ) resulting in unnecessary wait by customers , we found that there was no help even to senior citizens like us for taking out loaded trolleys on the ramp . Non availability of staff was informed to be reason for turning down our request today on 16th Sept 23 SK AILAWADHI

The price of the item in the bill/ invoice was more than MRP. Instead of getting discount , they charged extra. Came to know after checking the bill at home.
