I had worst experience at Dr Batra’s clinic situated in sector-18 NOIDA as its been 08 months of treatment, it was effective merely for 2 months in the beginning however m still getting my hair fall everyday. Secondly I had made a booking in advance and same was acknowledged by the guy over phone , however lady on the second day addressed me very unprofessionally and told me to wait for 1/2 hour as the guy hadn’t reserved the slot . I mean what sort of professionalism is this , r yu guys have the agenda of looting public’s money only . Not worthwhile place to ruin your money.

Dr are more interested in selling packages. You will feel like rather than taking treatment, opting for zym membership. Once you take their package then they least bother about anything. Keep changing consulting doctors and you will see experience doctors only in first visit since target was to sell package. I would not suggest and better to visit individual doctors where you have chance to quit in case do not get proper treatment.

We had our worst experience at dr Batra’s. My daughter always had acne since she entered teens, we came here for treatment hoping her skin would improve now that she is 20,but God knows what dose this doctor gave her, some booster dose and instead of improving her skin looks like it’s been burnt and now she has painful acne, something that was not there earlier. Now we are getting her treated elsewhere These people don’t respond back neither would they refund your money so PLEASE DON’T VISIT DR BATRA’S As they are just frauds and nothing else with uneducated untrained doctors who will just spoil your case.

The office was very clean and well kept. The staff was great! Very nice, clean and professional appearance. The wait time was very minimum.

I got a hair growth Therapy here. It went really well and the staff was totally professional. I have completed my entire course now and would recommend it to my friends. Special thanks to madhu/mahima making sure sessions went smooth.

I will complain to your agents with the consumer court….Waste of money,they promised me there will be 70to80% pigmentation changed in 8 session but I got only 1% changes after 8 session they said pls take one more advance packeg.. don’t go for skin problem….I am very disappointed with all team…waste of money waste of time…

A very bad experience.. I called the toll-free no. Rep name Rahul took the call and asked all my details.. I told him i am suffering from cold and cough from last 2 days. He said ok I am booking appointment with doctor and when I visited the clinic the receptionist told me here the medication will go on for one month or two months as the doctor will prescribe or else take alopathic medicine.. Rahul could have told me the same initially. I visited the office in fever and in a very hot summer day I was clue less and returned home.

I have been consulting Dr Amrita. She maintains a individual bond with all her patients, guiding them for their diet, supplements etc. Listens to her patient calmly and counsel them accordingly. She is very flexible and positive person & believes in healing from inside 😇. Staff is also supportive.

The treatment seems effective so far, it's slow but yes I believe I have been able to work on reduction in hairfall and also maintaining the volume of hair I came with. Waiting time at clinic sometimes can ne annoying, that I believe should be improved upon.

I'll never recommend this clinic, they are just looting us by giving thier whole year treatment, they are charging approx 2500 per month for 9 month in which you have to pay individual for batra's shampoo kit which will cost you are around 2400 which is not worthy. And apart from this they will ask you to test your report and if they find any concern in test reports they will ask you to buy medicine from outside. So its not worthy at all for me. #disappointed

I paid full subscription of 1 year for me & my wife. But they are not supplying medicine. I am living abroad & asked them to deliver to my friend in India who is coming to my place after 5 days. But Dr. Batra staff of Noida 18 not responding. I paid courier charges also.

Noida centre provide very poor service. Generally, I received my medicine after 5 days of booking in spite of paying courier charge and centre is just 9- 10 km from my residence. Even delivery of groceries is much faster than medicine. Management must streamline this problem for the benifit of patients.
