Twisted Ankle My ankle got twisted and I headed to Max Hospital, Dr said it’s just a sprain yet I couldn’t walk for almost a week. I have been suffering from neck pain (spondylitis) for the last about 15 years. He is an experienced phisiotherapy doctor. In my case he recognised the core problem of my backache in the first day. His few days of treatment gave me lot of relief and now almost overcome the problem with couple of weeks of strengthning of core under his treatment. Fee is also reasonable. He gives professional treatment in phisiotherapy.

I feel very fortunate to find such a doctor. He is a very skilled professional and at the same time a very humble and caring person. I had a peculiar pinching pain in my left wrist. I was not able to lift things and open bottle cap as my left wrist was not able to bear any pressure. Apart from tens and ultrasonic, it's the special wrist exercises that doctor Himanshu treated me with made all the difference. After a few days of physiotherapy I have recovered from wrist pain and I am able to do all the activities. Additionally I was also guided and trained to do exercises for my pre existing C5-C6 disc problem. These are the exercises using 1kg dumbells. After a month of regular exercise at home my shoulder and neck seem much stronger. Thank you doctor for counseling me to exercise regularly.

First of all, had an wonderful and soothing experience wrt to booking an appointment and initial consultation provided by Dr Saluja. I was in intense pain due to midback pain and neck lock, unable to move by right body portion. I booked via Practo and it was a seamless experience. With the first session on physiotherapy itself helped to release 70% of pain and in subsequent two sessions, could get away from from 95% of back issues. Would highly recommend to whoever is facing any problem to visit the Vaishali center. It's always better to visit in the initial stage of any issue to avoid any subsequent complexities.
