Visit Sudlife Life Insurance Regional branch office at 2nd floor , Samyak Towers , Pusa Road . Here are many offices at different levels and are well designed . Staff of Sudlife are cooperative and prompt to clients. Ambiance is nice

Its a commercial complex with 4 floors and 2 different office on each floor. It has Max Bupa and Nikon office as well in it. It has ample parking space for 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers and is located in proximity to Karol Bagh Metro station.

It is the place where my first class of cse coaching goes and the surrounding is too good

Classes of Vajiram & Ravi runs here. Good place & peaceful environment. But too large. Many students have to watch class on TV screen even after taking offline class because of distance.

Samyak tower is on the walking distance from the Karol Bagh metro station Near market is Karol Bagh E rickshaw and DTC buses are also available from here.

I am visiting this place and just couldn't stop myself from marking a 5 star...not because of what this is today (must be great) but because of what it was around 25 years back. Used to be office of C-Dot (center of development for telematics, a Govt of India Autonomous body under ministry of telecom) and this place and it's 4 floors and the basement saw lots of excitement , innovation, fun times, hard work of a bunch of superb talents in producing some of the legendary and indigenous built telecom transmission products which we can proudly say designed and built in India. The sheer history and story of this place and it's people (fondly called c-dotians) from those years is just mind boggling and incredible. Cheers to 39 Pusa Road, New Delhi -5.

Had Ac and is best on road. Parking issues

Sitting space is good for all the collaborative institutes. But They should have a nice packing facilities.

Samyak tower is a business tower like Insurance companies and banks.

Good place for office space....Only having lesser parking space

Poor infrastructure, better to avoid lift in this building

It's corporate Tower. Some Institutes Some Of Insurance/Policy Office like cholamandalam Wellness Centre also in tower Single Non profit organisation NGO Reserve parking space also avilable & Maybe face parking issue face only sometimes if your office not in this tower. Sometime in that area you face mobile network issue. But as a corporate Tower is fine.

Location is excellent,only 2min walking distance from metro station.

Was there for nikon but these guys see in pic did not allowed me to park my car inside this place and told me to park somewhere else , here only kaya clinic visitors allowed to park inside but my question is that why? Only kaya ? Nikon’s visitors also paying for nikon . So according to my view zero star for this place

Samyak tower is not good for students because of underground classes they provide. No network no good washrooms and negativity for study. Rest is fine there Nikon showroom in upper floors many shops are there but underground floor is horrible experience.
