We loved staying at The Chudleigh! Very nice and clean room. You get the best service and the breakfast is lovely, very tasteful. Most important is the kindness of the owners and the people around them. We have had a very, very warm welcome! Thank you so much for everything. We will hope to see you again. We stayed here to visit family who live locally. Delightful owners! The place is spotless. Lovely spacious room. Very comfy beds Roomy shower. Nice thoughtful extras, little chocolate bars, biscuits, toiletries, etc. Really handy free parking right outside but spacing lines could be clearer - especially at night. Requested to check out a little later and had no problem - but it is January, so low season. We didn’t eat breakfast but I’m sure it’s as lovely as everything else here. Thanks for a lovely stay, see you again.

My sister and dad stayed here and I can't stress enough just how happy they were with the service, rooms and breakfast. The owner just couldn't do enough and really went out of her way to make the stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean and the mattresses of top quality. Perfect! They are already planning their next visit :)

What an amazing hotel. The elderly couple who greated me are so sweet and friendly and accommodating. The room is beautifully laid out and clean. Has everything you need. The beach is literally 30 seconds walk away and plenty of facilities in the area for food and drinks. Would highly recommend anytime.

This place is absolutely charming - a picturesque, classic B & B. I have been delighted to stay here twice and had some of the most comfortable sleeps of my life. If you're passing this way and wanting a warm, comforting stay, stay here! No where else!

Can't wait to come back . Amazing owners , great staff . Rooms are dated but so clean . Cosy bed , had a great nights sleep . Pukka breakfast . Couldn't ask for more.

Myself and my daughter and grandson just stayed there for 4 days absolutely lovely. Breakfast was amazing so much choice , the rooms was very clean and very comfortable and the owners and staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

This is a wonderful little hotel run by a delightful elderly couple who couldnt be more friendly. The rooms have lots of space, good en suite and lots of little touches to make you feel at home. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices - I had the full English which was perfectly cooked and kept me going all day. Just 100 yards or so from the seafront and plenty of eateries around. I'll definitely be staying at the The Chudleigh again.

Wonderful people...awesome place, and great location. We really enjoyed our stay at the Chudleigh. Peter was very welcoming, and the check-in was great. The hotel is close to many restaurants, the beach, and fun activities. The room was very clean. Attention to detail was at its maximum. The breakfast wasn't only a typical buffet but a dish made with care and attention to our request. I cannot recommend this place enough and hope we can go there again.

Peter and Carol are lovely hosts. For a last-minute booking, l got really lucky. An amazing find. Everything was immaculate. Food amazing. Carol is amazing!!! Welcomed my dog, too

We stayed at The Chudleigh for the third time this weekend and It is the best guest house we have ever stayed in. Lovely owner and everything is spotless. The breakfast has a huge variety and everything is cooked fresh. Highly recommended.
