At
their
pharmacy
located
in
the
adjacent
building
next
door,
I
was
treated
so
poorly
and
very
much
so
felt
disrespected
by
the
rude,
young
Caucasian
man
with
tatoos
working
at
the
counter.
He
was
rushing
me,
giving
me
attitude,
raising
his
voice,
speaking
down
to
me,
and
insulting
my
intelligence
albeit
not
blatantly.
It’s
not
what
he
was
saying,
it
was
more
so
how
he
said
it.
I
should’ve
just
gone
there,
been
in
the
line,
signed
in
and
then
wait
to
receive
the
meds.
I
handed
him
the
print-out
sheet
with
my
current
meds
that
needed
to
be
refilled
including
the
new
ones
my
doc
sent
over,
as
I
thought
I
should
have
and
imagined
that
this
would
be
sufficient
action
from
my
part.
The
gentleman
was
acting
irritated
because
I
expected
him
to
have
all
the
information
he
needed
about
my
new
meds
on
his
computer
screen.
It
was
simple
stuff,
just
some
nasal
sprays,
an
inhaler,
another
thing
or
two.
He
didn’t
know
how
to
search
for
them
either,
or
the
new
prescriptions
from
my
M.D.
That
there
is
his
problem.
He’s
the
one
who’s
certified
to
be
a
pharmaceutical
technician
or
what
have
you,
and
he’s
the
one
sitting
behind
the
screen
of
a
desk
top
connected
to
he
clinic’s
database,
I
can’t
do
anything
except
wait
while
they
search
my
updated
records
for
the
new
additions.
I
felt
hat
I
was
unjustly
targeted
in
a
random
act
of
rudeness
by
this
angry
individual
and
I
in
no
moment
gave
him
reasons
to
validate
his
negative
feelings
during
the
interaction.
Next
time
I’m
there
I
will
refuse
to
be
attended
by
him
because
I
don’t
take
kindly
to
dramatic
people
who
like
to
be
rude
to
strangers
and
act
mean
without
any
reason.
Very
unpleasant
experience
and
awful
customer
service
to
GLFHC
patients.
