    Staff are so rude. Receptionist feel so entitled and think they can speak to you how they want. They have no time of day for anyone and seriously lack empathy. What’s the point in being in a job role where people may need some empathy when you’re incapable of giving that. This place is known for the rude receptionists and genuinely puts people off from coming here. Personally I would avoid this place if I could. Especially when even some of the doctors actively choose to ignore you and belittle you. Making you leave the appointment feeling worse than when you first went in.

    My aunt hasn’t been to the doctors in 3 years because of the booking system. She rings at 8 is 30th in line and “oh there’s no more appointments, ring back tomorrow”. She went physically into the doctors today and managed to get a phone call appointment with a doctor (despite the NHS ordering GPS to take face to face appointments when the patient requests) but the receptionist was incredibly rude and the doctor did not listen to her at all. Dr Summers is brilliant and the nurse practitioners are great but everyone else seems to disregard and be rude to clients. The booking system is completely flawed - I have rang both on my mobile first and then my home phone and the home phone got through first - there isn’t even a numbered system that they go through, it’s just random. Completely rubbish, they need new management, new staff, and new systems in place.

    ive only just recently registered with this surgery and it has been nothing but unpleasant the woman over the phone was rude and unhelpful. when i went to the surgery to hand in my details i was giving dirty looks plus they say their always busy which makes sense during this period but there system is very flawed; they could at least have slots for phone booking system to speak with doctors and i will advise anyone that is looking to go to this surgery to avoid at all costs. cause effectively they dont care they're just there for a wage. Very poor service

    We joined this practice just after we moved into the area and I gave birth and ever since we have just had outstanding care, my postnatal care was amazing, reception have always been polite and helpful, repeat prescriptions issued the next day, we're 8 months on and with the odd few problems have always been treated amazingly by all staff members. Yes the NHS are under pressure but not one staff member here let's that show.

    Been trying to get through for 3 days and each time after a 20 minute wait told to call back tomorrow. Apparently there is an issue with my dad‘s bloods that we were told three days ago but we still haven’t been told what the results are. The place is shambles obviously too many patients to staff ratio today three doctors are called in sick not surprised probably due to stress. The whole place needs a review Disgusting treatment for patients. The reception are so rude however I can understand because they’re under so much pressure. Place is a joke

    Avoid this surgery at all cost, if NHS book you for an appointment, advise they should rebook to another surgery. Arrived within 10mins later for ultrasound appointment but they sent a text 7 mins into it, to say I did not attend, and also lied in the process, that they had come out to check if I was in the reception. Nurses more concerned about thier lunch break and no sympathy.. Avoid this surgery

    Good luck trying to get an appointment!! I have called at 8 am on many many occasions constantly every week and still saying no appointments available or excuses to why there’s none. I was told by a specialist to book and yet they still don’t listen!! The only reason for 1 star is that once you get the chance to be seen the drs are quite good.

    Absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t even give a 1 star rating the same receptionist that others have complained about here is being the reputation down of mount chambers ! She is very rude! She made accusations about my health not actually being a GP and telling me it’s not urgent as it been since August ! I don’t know where she got her assumptions- she’s clearly not a GP or trained access if it’s an emergency or not! She screamed at me today telling me to stop shouting the nurse will call me and it’s upto her if she wants to see me or not !!! How rude … I have had the same problem with the same receptionist before! I have made a formal complaint as it’s been 10 years and nothing has been done. I came off the phone in tears and more stressed out with the amount of hair loss. I called 111 who referred me and she claimed that their policy is different. I was told I would be seen in 3 days she told me differently. Reassuringly Claire the nurse has been very helpful with this matter.

    Was (apparently) refered to Broomfiled hospital for a hart scan 8 months down the line still nothing. Contacted them and they resent the refereal. AFter another 2 months I contacted Broomfield and they haven't receievd it. I'm having contact doctors to ask them YET AGAIN to be refered.

    My wife had a most reassuring experience at this practice. Both the nurse and the doctor were pleasant and very professional. Nothing could have been better. All the staff were very efficient and friendly including reception.

    I tried calling at 530 got told no doctor available... sergury over. Call back 2rings and a message left. When someone is asking for help for suicide tentencies and get told to ring 122this ist helpful

    Give up ringing this surgery 4 dropped calls one get to 1st in que dropped and have a referral from 111 won't try and get me an appointment seriously

    If I could rate zero I would get a doctors appointment by phone may I add , dont seem to do face to face anymore never received the call back. So i call back the next day to be made out to be a liar by the receptionist absolutlely rude people who have no empathy for people. I would avoid this surgery unless you like to be spoken to by rude contradicting receptionist.

    Tried changing dressing after surgery and some material was left in the wound went to my doctors for help was sent away and told they had no one available to help me.. was not even given option to wait for someone just sent out the door with the wound open... fuming with the level of service they find acceptable these days.

    As always was in a que to make an appointment, but this is to be expected because of the volume of patients and not the Surgerys fault. In due course and before the time I was told, I received a call from the Dr.The consultantion wasn't rushed, very thorough and I was very happy with how I was treated. Thank you so much

    I have medicine since August. It's never been correct. Got treated like a sheep for a blood test. Horrific experience from start to end. Never again.
