Waited in drive-through for 23 minutes to receive cold fries (and raw) and a cold burger. No bbq sauce, which is clearly on my order. The burger was assembled UPSIDE DOWN. Sloppy work consistently with this location. I often receive the wrong menu item, lack a component of my order, or they substitute items of my order without telling me.

The vibe: inhuman. Buy something and get OUT. Not welcoming at all. One person behind the register w no menu. Really doesn't matter, the person does not acknowledge your existence anyway. Order from a machine, get a 'tent', enter a number and sometime later a person brings your food: Luke warm. Few tables, lots of space and atmosphere: cold, oh so cold.

Place really deserves less than 1 star. I work in the area and never learn my lesson. Just left while waiting for my order for the 3rd time in a month here. 10:30 drive thru, 5 cars in total and no one is getting their food. Whoever works night shift here should find work in a different field immediately

A nice modern McDonalds that always appears to be clean and gets my food on time. My kids wanted ice cream and the machine was not broken! That is worth 5 stars alone!

We stopped by for a quick bite. Food was pretty good, but as usual, sloppy made. Not much attention to detail- toppings were just piled on rather than laid out evenly. Easy for us to fix. Gal at food pickup window seemed to be having a rough day, basically shoved order out the window...not much friendliness but that's a pretty reoccurring thing with fast food.

I stopped there during normal hours, 6:30pm, and most of their menu was not available. I ordered a double quarter pounder extra pickles, and I got a single no pickles. I ordered 2 10 piece nuggets with bar b que sauce and ranch, I was told they were in the bag, missing sauce. I ordered 2 chocolate and 1 vanilla shake, out of stock. I ordered 3 sweet teas, out of stock. No coke, ended up with 3 sprites. Of course, I live far enough away that going back would take a 45-minute round trip. It was not a good experience. The 2 people working the window were nice, but the food was not worth spent for a half order of very little of what I wanted.

Staff was friendly but despite not being very busy I did have to pull forward and wait for part of my meal. It didn’t take more than 5 minutes for then to come out with my food though so not too horrible. Food was as expected and my daughters always love getting the apple slices. Always a hit. Tasty food at a decent price and typically fast.

Third times the charm. After two poor experiences in a row, the third one was excellent! Perfectly put together burger, hot and crispy fries, was greeted warmly by the manager. Way to turn it around Havre de Grace, McDonald’s!
