Beautiful
park
at
the
mouth
of
the
Susquehanna
River
where
it
meets
the
Chesapeake
Bay.
The
lighthouse
is
pretty
and
the
“Big
Fish
School
of
Fish”
sculpture
is
so
fun!
The
veterans
memorial
is
beautiful
and
touching,
as
well.
The
dock
juts
out
into
the
water
and
the
piers
are
topped
with
hand
carved
“Birds
of
the
Chesapeake”.
It’s
not
a
huge
park,
but
it’s
well
maintained
and
has
amazing
views.
There’s
free
parking
in
the
street
adjacent
to
the
park,
and
they
have
a
custom
bike
rack,
as
well,
if
you
ride
and
need
to
place
to
lock
your
bike
while
enjoying
the
park.
It’s
very
flat
with
brick
pathways,
so
persons
with
disabilities
would
be
able
to
enjoy
the
park,
as
well.
It
connects
to
the
Promenade,
which
is
a
wood
walkway
that
traverses
the
water’s
edge
from
the
park
past
two
museums
to
the
marina.
