Burgers, Fries, Shakes were delicious. Get the bacon cheeseburger!! Even the Little Bacon Cheeseburger is a good size. And “go all the way” with everything in it including grilled mushrooms and grilled onions - delicious 🤤. Chocolate and Strawberry milkshakes were perfect with the burgers. And you can help yourself to self-serve peanuts. Staff are great, friendly. You can see them preparing your food and they all look like they know what they’re doing. This was our first time and we are definitely coming back. Can you open one in Kahala, please! Thank you Pearlridge location for a great experience!

Delicious burgers. Yeah they expensive but good food is these days. To the people who complain about cost…you are aware it’s not compulsory to spend money on food you deem “too expensive” ? like they don’t advertise the price beforehand lol Expensive YES, but, worth it … BIG YES.

Expensive but tasty burgers. The people who work here don't seem to enjoy their job. Not outright rude, but not polite, either. I guess a pleasant attitude isn't a prerequisite for getting hired.

Great burger and fries. If you want to just eat one meal in a day, go to Five Guys. You will leave full. The sevice was fast and friendly. The shop was super clean.

Second time here. Got the bacon cheeseburger bowl again. “All the way” has grilled mushrooms and onions as well as the usual lettuce tomato and pickle. They don’t skimp on anything. Burgers were nicely cooked and bacon was crispy. A little pricey. My burger was the cost of a plate lunch. About 14$. But if you like a good burger I’d say splurge a little and try this place. The standard (not “little”) burgers seem to be double patty, probably 1/2 pound of beef. If you’re the type that wants a higher than fast food quality burger, this is your spot.

This place was clean and staff were friendly and food came out fast. The parking is outside uptown by Pieology. You enter the store from the parking lot side. The pack your food well and serve your ketchup for you with sealed plastic containers for dine in or take out.

Overall a very good place but it's way to expensive for burger and fries. The food was good but it didn't wow me or my wife enough for the price we payed. It was a good one time thing just to try it cuz we never tried 5 guys before. Unless they can lower prices we won't be going back. There are other great places to eat at with cheaper prices.

We have been to many Five Guys Restaurants, here and on the mainland. At the times we have there, there's no one doing the lobby works. Tables and chairs are dirty and trashcans overflowed. Floors hasn't been clean for awhile. Couldn't find napkins dispenser and has to ask when the cashier or the person handling the foods out.

Not a bad place for burgers but prices are a little high. I like the fries here. I was disappointed with the shakes there last time I brought the family there. The oreo stuffing tasted weird in one shake and the peanut butter malt shake had poorly mixed peanut butter in it. For what we paid, I wish the quality and care in food preparation was a little better.

Decent experience eating from Five Guys. The burger is just average sized despite the high price, and not as tasty as Teddy's. Fries were pretty good though. Overall it was nice to try but I probably won't go back since it's so expensive.

Was in the area and craving a good burger. Got the cheeseburger with all the toppings and large fries. Took a while for the order to be ready, but the wait was worth it! When I took the burger out of the wrapping, it looked "beat up" and not very promising. They say you can't judge a book by it's cover, and that was true in this instance. Although the burger looked "beat up" it was quite tasty and juicy! It definitely did not disappoint.

Personally I feel like it is a bit over priced for what you get. The burgers I have gotten here are juicy to the point of the bun dissolving in my hands. The food is good though! The amount of fries you get is massive and the milkshakes are delicious. They were checking vaccine cards here as of October.

It was so good. Taste like homemade hamburger. French fry was so delicious. I would recommend this store.

It's not a horrible place. But I like sauce or flavor in my burgers. And if the menu is going to be basic then at least have some sort of sauce that's unique to your establishment.

Wait after order was reasonable. Food came out as ordered. Burgers tasted great. Fries were fresh, shake was nice and thick. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great visit.

Great fresh burgers! First timer and I was recommended the bacon cheeseburger. The diner itself was clean and had a nice retro appeal.

Must visit pearl harbor, we couldn't get tickets online so we were lucky to get standby tickets to the USS Arizona only $1 in advance online.

One of the best burgers on the planet from a food chain!! First time I've eaten st 5guys on island...just as good as from the mainland. Service was tremendous!! Thanks for serving simple and delicious food, always!!

Loved our visit to Five Guys! We enjoyed some complimentary peanuts while we were waiting for our order. I ordered the small cheeseburger with ketchup, mustard & cooked onions which was nicely cooked. Loved the fries too! They have a self-serve Sosa machine with lots of drink options. The Five Guys restaurant is located at the Pearlridge Center, about a 25 minute drive from Waikiki.

Overpriced and Overrated for a lunch meal it cost me $24.00. Bacon Burger $12.00 with whatever, fries almost $6.00 and a shake is $6.00. I can say that Teddy Bigger Burgers are better and even McDonald's, Burger King or Jack in the Box. So sad tho. I heard good things about Five Guys

Very friendly staff, got our order quickly even though they had a lot of call in orders ahead of us. They were lined up on the counter. Burger and fries were yummy and fresh.
