Second visit to see my new PCP, and thus far very satisfied with the check-in process nd how quick it is. (As well as checking out , if needing to schedule appointments) If your a patient with an active MyChart account it makes things much simpler and takes care of any questionnaires, etc (if needed) beforehand. -- if you dont have one, i highly recommend signing up/registering for one. Staff is welcoming, friendly and very knowledgeable. Haven't had any "red flags" concerning to patient care and/or patient-nurse/doctor interaction. 😁😁😁👍👍👍

Very friendly staff but the doctors were not helpful. They refused to help me treat my pain for a broken rib even after they saw the x-ray. A waste of $300. After talking with the staff again, it seems it is the head doctor who ensures patients can’t receive adequate care. Would not recommend if you are in severe pain. Definitely disputing any charges from this location for improper medical treatment.

One of the best Urgent Cares I went to on island 😊 my primary care is on base but I am so grateful Tricare allows me to use their facility due to it being so close to my house. All the nurses, doctors were really sweet and friendly. It's a wonderful location to have an urgent care right by the mall and grocery stores 😊.

This review is strictly for the urgent care side. Tonight, I went to urgent care an hour before closing. You could tell the doctor was just ready to go home. Horrible service, rude and just pushed me out of the door. The doctors/physicians that actually care about patients aren’t found at this urgent care.

I went in on August 7, at 7:21pm and I was not able to see the attending physician. I was told by the receptionist that they are fully occupied and people are waiting to be seen. I asked where the patients and she told me that they are waiting outside.

I had a positive experience at Straub Medical Center. It was my first time using an urgent care facility. The receptionist was pleasant, and the staff was helpful and took the time to explain processes to me. Dr. Johnson was thorough, personable, and professional. I felt well cared for, and it lessened my fear of going to urgent care.

Visiting my daughter for a week I had to go in for an existing condition. The process was smooth and everyone I encountered was helpful and friendly. I really didn’t wait too long either. The doctor was thorough and informative. I would really recommend this facility if you are visiting the islands and have a need to see a doctor.

Top notch staff, nurses and doctors and care! 10 stars! We had a medical emergency including surgery while on vacation and ended up here. Fast, kind, competent service. We feel so lucky! Go here if need be! I want to come back from my home state for primary care!

So far this year, I went there 4 times, 2x at urgent care, 2x for primary care. All the doctors was excellent. Dr. Asama (I hope I remember her name correctly) was the first one I saw & she was very thorough. In fact all of them was very thorough even with the APRN I saw last week. Great all around care. I can always contact my doctor via email. The nurses would reply promptly.

They had no idea what they were doing. Still getting bills a year later for labs and cultures because the clinicians couldn’t identify a rash. Thanks
