The rooms were fantastic, the food was delicious and the staff were absolutely professional (and nice too). I have nothing negative to say about my experience because it was as close to perfection as you can get. 10/10, would permanently live here if I could.

This place is the Best! The staff is very approachable, kind, and very helpful, I was sooo impressed during my stay there.... The room is very comfortable and clean, they will come to check on you if all is as you want to be, the food was very good if you don't like it they will take it and serve you a new dish again. I am very happy with the time I spent at that place. They will make you feel at home!

Had a great time at Villa Alpha, very clean rooms with excellent customer service. Reception was friendly and provided all the information needed. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and we will definitely be back the next time we visit Hawassa!

The hotel is one of the amazing places you should visit in Hawassa city. From what I heard it used to be the home for Loret Afework Tekle, who was loret of painting. He was a well known painter not only in the country but in the world. As a result the design and pictures inside the hotel are amazing. They by them selves outstanding the amazing service the hotel provides

The staff was very helpful to address anything that we were in need of. We stayed for about a week and we would definitely come again. The on-site restaurant is great also. There are Bijaj always available to get you around town.
