Nice place with bad service..they don't know how to apologize politely I will not repeat the experience of staying here. There are less beautiful areas, but they respect the guest.

It is found in the heart of Hawassa city. They even have transport buses from airport directly to this hotel and also the other way around. It is like site for getting this buses from other hotels. Its location is ideal for any transportation. The hotel is usually booked and you may not find a room. The service is good but very far from great. The main reason may be the high number of guests and high work load.
