It is amazing and cozy place and the bed so comfortable might be the best at this game, the lighting system is so good. Their hospitality and their service is the best. their price is fair. But the family room on the 6th floor is not good at all because 1. Their is no water. 2. Their is some annoying sound that comes from the lift. CHECK THEIR BED SHEET BEFORE YOU SLEEP. Overall rating - 8/10.

The rooms are not clean at all .I wouldn't recommend staying / sleeping,but it is a great location to have a cup of coffee 👌

No hot shower, the breakfast is not that good.

Very Noisy from outside and can not sleep , and the food was not good at all , the fries were Hard and when I questioned them they said they were from the morning and this was at 7pm in the evening...

I went to Kerawi with my colleagues who fortunately are my friends too. Even though we went there during the annual St. Gabriel celebration which makes businesses truly busy all over, the entire staff was treating all of us ina very kind, attentive and caring manner. The rooms were clean, well maintained, the food was amazing (we loved thier tibs and they has this awesome BBQ combo) and thier hospitality is just unmatched. I don't think I will stay anywhere else when I travel to Hawassa after this.

Pros: Excellent location, fairly a good speed wifi and friendly staff. Cons: Poor breakfast. No Hot shower on the top floor.

Really a wonderful hotel in the midst of Hawassa. New building, nice room with many amenities, great bed, very friendly staff. I am enjoying my time here very much.
