Dr Illiadis, at My medical Services, Port Stephens, is the GP we wish we all had. He is supremely knowledgeable, competent in all areas of practice, kind and considerate, polite and very personable with the perfect bedside manner, and he provides all the good, old-fashioned care that we all want while still providing the best that modern-day practice and technology can provide. I cannot fault any aspect of the complete care which he provides and I recommend him to anyone looking for the best General Practitioner there is.

Took our baby for her 12 month shots while on holidays. Dr Illiadis was really great with her. We were able to book ahead and fill in all forms online before we arrived.

Dr Sticklen has been our family Dr for the last 7 years. We have found him to be exceptional in all areas of health practice, advice and extremely compassionate. We wouldn’t go anywhere else! Highly recommend him.

Can't comment on other doctors, but my Dr Steve Illiardis has looked after my health for many many years. So I give 5 stars to Dr Steve Illardis.

After years attending this clinic, my most recent telehealth experience was exceptionally poor. I needed a repeat script. The telephone call lasted just 2m 13s. The clinic charged me for a full consultation of $85 and refused to bulk bill or charge a fee that aligns with other clinics for short non complex consultations. Their focus appears to be money, not people. My advice is sit in the room with the doctor for the full consultation period because your going to be charged the full amount regardless or go somewhere else!

Attended clinic for second Covid shot. Abrupt, unfriendly welcome from receptionist. Saw Doctor who seemed very confused and said he had trouble remembering my name as there were too many printed on one line. Received the injection from very competent nurse. My husband followed with paperwork from doctor with only his name and was told that it would be sufficient for the two of us. Returned next morning to ask for paperwork displaying my name to be received by the same offhand receptionist who printed something off for me and slapped it in the counter. Apart from all that the cleanliness in the corridor needs attention.

Very happy with the service we receive from MMSPS. Generally short waiting times and easy to get appointments. Happy to have found a doctor (Dr Illiadis) who has our sons asthma under control.

Went in for a prescription renewal...Dr. Eric Stricklen was prompt and I didn't have to wait any more than 2 - 4 mins after arriving to be called in. Took my blood pressure and asked if there was anything else I'd like to discuss. We discussed 1 other issue and he said he was more than happy to support me and discuss further when I'm ready. Extremely happy with my consult today and Dr. Stricklen.
