Poor customer service. To add to my comment. Went for my 1yr olds ear piercing. The lady had ZERO patience dealing with an infant, was very rude and unhelpful. Asked us to wait so that she can attend to someone else. We waited for a bit hoping to be called in again. Then she sends another person stating that she cant do it that day and that we needed to book another appointment next Saturday. Sorry, we are not getting it done free of charge and little did you know that your bad attitude is going to be reviewed and the service rated for others. NOT COMING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Once again Mel was amazing for my piercings! I saw her last year for a daith, and she was so good! Yesterday, I got 2 helix piercings and my nose done, and Mel was fantastic again! I highly recommend going to see her for all your piercing needs!

Have had a couple of piercings with Mansi and she is so lovely! Good customer service. They have been able to accommodate to my last minute bookings and walk-ins. Clean and professional! I will continue to use them when I can!

I had an appointment with MANSI today for waxing and to have my eye lashes curled for the first time. MANSI explained the procedure step by step to me and checked to see how I was throughput the treatment. I’m very happy with the results and will come back again. Thankyou, Pamela

I went in to purchase a pair of earrings for my daughter that my daughter saw online. I asked the staff member to call another store as they did not have it and she responded "can you call them yourself? I have to search the details online as well!". She was rude, impatient and very unhelpful. She obviously does not understand the meaning of customer service or customer satisfaction. I definitely won't be going there again.

Had my first appointment at this location yesterday and was so pleased with the service that I booked in for an eyebrow wax today. Both with Mel for both- who was super professional, fast and super friendly. 10/10 service! Felt super comfortable in this shop and can’t wait to come back in for my refresh in 5ish weeks 💕😊
