Very very disappointed, never recommend to anyone. My 17 months old baby having immunisation, Dr. Miriam khan I never met her before, she is so unprofessional with her work,she scared while giving immunisation and scratch with needle to my baby arm which turns with bleeding and she gave again injection and said first injection is wasted, how she can do this ? Due to her fault my baby face again pain. Unbelievable 😭Never ever coming back to see her. She should how to give injections to little babies.Hope i give them (-).

I like Hannah on the desk because she's always cheerful. I also recommend Dr. Lim because he really cares and a very careful listener, doesn't rush . I've been seeing him for years, he works so hard, always there, he helps me.

Saw a GP registrar doctor there for a Pap Smear. Was not informed that she was a trainee doctor. Very inexperienced and rough. Made me bleed unnecessarily for two days. Told reception staff that I don't want to see her again yet two weeks they rang me out of the blue requesting me to see the same registrar for a non urgent review. Told them that I wont be coming back. Never again.

Dr Madara is extremely lovely, but I don’t really like this clinic. Aside from it being extremely run down and closing at 5pm, the doctors are always running behind schedule and waiting times are the worst I’ve ever experienced. When you’re sick, this is the last thing you need. I don’t think this is the individual doctor’s fault though. I am transitioning to another clinic which has better and more work friendly opening hours.

Absolutely wonderful clinic. I’ve been using Marden clinic for a number of years now and I highly recommend them. The staff are always lovely and welcoming. They take genuine care in giving you the best treatment. The doctors are very knowledgeable, and provided me effective treatments and high quality service. At times it gets a bit busy, so the receptionists are always having to multitask but they manage everything so efficiently. These staff are definitely some of the best I’ve seen. Will be coming back and bringing everyone along with me. Thanks a lot to lovely doctor and staffs at Marden😊

My dr is such a caring lovely lady I’m so happy to be able to go to her for all of my medical or other problems I have. The reception staff are wonderful and always polite even when I’ve seen some people very rude to them they are always polite and helpful A very good drs surgery Thankyou

Lovely clinic with friendly staff. I was booked in promptly and easily and when I visited, you could tell the staff really cared. Will definitely be coming back soon.

Very disappointing. I had an extremely frustrating experience at Madden Medical Clinic. The wait times were absolutely ridiculous. I waited for over half hour to see the DR. The receptionist can only say I do not know with a poker face. It's unacceptable to waste patients' time like this. I won't be returning to this clinic.

Consult with Dr Madara, cost of $70, tried to ask a second question, Dr said, I needed to book another appointment (ten minutes allowed per consultation) I was in there for a couple of minutes. Not recommending Dr Madara, I felt like she didn't care!

Had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen but when I was with the doctor she was professional and friendly and on checking through my notes she suggested getting a blood test and iron count done to follow up from mid year.

Please don't accuse me of "smearing your reputation" when this is your own practice and I haven't done anything except leave a review reviewing that practice. My review never once questioned my doctors' devotion to their patients - only your practice's method of employing them. I will not apologise for advocating for *your* staff. I'm disabled and I rely on my doctors, and I am only trying to advocate for them in turn to return some of that kindness. I said what I said. Your reply has only confirmed my suspicion that you are a bully. Your GP's are independent contractors?! This is terrible practice. How in the world can my doctors look after me if they're wondering whether they'll have a job in 6 months, or be walked out the door with no notice? Employ. Your. Doctors. Give them job security, secure pay, secure conditions. Take care of them!!!! You've already forced them to remove the bulk billing practice and now finding out your doctors aren't even employees is really the last straw for me. I am so disappointed in the owner. Shame on you.

friendly efficient service as always. My wife and I have been attending Marden Clinic since 1987 when it was across the road in the shopping centre. Our four children also used the clinic up until they left home. It's nice to have the continuity of care.

I have been visiting this clinic for 7 years since I moved from interstate. I am very fortunate to meet a wonderful new doctor after my other Dr retired from the practice after working there for 30yrs. I do understand how busy doctors are now days, the service at Marden is wonderful. I would recommend Marden Medical Clinic.

I love the clinic! The staff is really friendly and make me feel assured. In particular, Dr Lim is very kind and genuine and takes his time to listen and makes friendly conversations. Highly recommend him!

I appreciate my medical clinic and doctors When my husband had a triple bypass. I was able to get a medical letter to my workplace quickly. I am always able to get support with old and new staff. As discussed I work full time and I am able To book in with several practitioners on different days. I have been with this practice over 40 yrs with Doctor Forsyth Thankyou Toula Panatsos
