I
had
an
awful
customer
service
experience
provided
by
staff
Jamie.
It’s
disappointing
as
I
was
a
long
term
customer
but
will
no
longer
return.
I
asked
Jamie
to
replicate
a
bouquet
similar
to
one
I
made
at
this
exact
store
before
to
which
Jamie
began
to
arrange
a
bouquet
(that
did
not
look
alike)
using
the
stock
that
was
dull
and
had
shrivelled
petals
despite
there
being
plenty
of
nicer
stems
of
each
flower.
Usually
the
florists
here
are
good
at
picking
out
the
healthiest,
freshest
and
most
vibrant
flowers
but
this
time
we
had
to
pick
out
the
good
stock
ourselves
to
replace
the
bad
stock
she
had
chosen.
The
bouquet
cost
more
than
$100
and
I
think
it’s
reasonable
to
expect
the
florists
to
provide
the
best
service
and
stock
available.
For
our
second
bouquet
we
chose
a
colour
scheme
and
picked
out
the
flowers.
When
Jamie
put
this
together,
it
didn’t
look
nice
and
we
asked
her
if
we
could
change
the
colour
to
which
she
rudely
laughed
and
told
us
we
were
wasting
the
business’
money
since
we
were
wasting
her
time.
I
was
absolutely
shocked
as
the
main
reason
I
come
here
is
because
this
store
is
known
to
provide
a
unique
service
of
arranging
customised
bouquets
on
the
spot
and
I’ve
previously
asked
to
change
colour
with
no
issue.
It
is
poor
customer
service
to
be
telling
customers
that
they
are
wasting
their
money
and
really
telling
of
what
the
they
care
about
$$$.
If
you
don’t
want
customers
to
“waste”
the
business’
money,
then
don’t
offer
the
service
that
you
say
you
provide
and
also
I
was
paying
for
the
bouquet?
