Yiros Shack Cafe

Kebab shop

😠 Average typical poor quality lamb Yiros. The napkins were protected behind the counter and the servant provided the minimum number of napkins (1) which does not cut it when earring their disgusting food. Used to be a good place when it was Makis Yiros, now it is cheap, disgusting poor quality food.... People often mention chips,

Cosy little cafe at the heart of Mosley Square (on the Jetty Road). Nice decor. Serves delicious halal food at reasonable prices. Customer service is excellent. Highly recommended.

Made to wait 45mins for our food. Small fish and a small serve of chips even though we paid for a larger portion. I understand it was a busy day however with only 3 people working and not working well together they only have themselves to blame.

Ordered chicken AB, Terrible quality. Chunks of undercooked chicken with 7 pieces of chips. Exactly 7. Chicken was not fresh at all and was smelling like it had gone bad. How could any food joint be this much worse!

Not the best fish and chips I’ve ever tasted. We ordered flake, potato cakes and chips. The flake and potato cakes were cooked in so much batter and oil, the batter broke off while eating it. Too much oil on all our food, making it impossible to taste the food. The flake was dry and unpalatable. We ended up tossing our $78 worth of food in the bin.

Great yiros shop, food was great, chips were the only thing I'd say were just "okay". well worth it down at Glenelg.

I am from Melbourne. Travelled to Adelaide about a month ago and went to Glenelg for dinner on one of the nights staying there. Best chips of my LIFE hands down, unsure if they had just been cooked in fresh oil or what was up but they were absolutely amazing. Also got a kebab which was decent! Pricing could possibly be lower. Staff were nice and order didn’t take long to come. Atmosphere was good. If you go to Glenelg please go here because it was amazing! Highly recommend.

The front looks a bit aged, the seating area at the back is better .They sell yiros, fish and chips. Taste average. But located close to the jetty and beach of Glenelg. ⛱️

Oily fish and chips. Uneatable waste of our time and money. So much oil the chips fell through the paper. Asked for grilled fish but got battered. Going anywhere else for food would be better.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and the staffs are really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. Food is really good and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Ordered through Menulog. An hour and a half after ordering had email that driver was waiting for order to be ready 😳 Tried calling, left a message , never heard back from the restaurant. Not impressed with that. Yiros was great, chips fluorescent yellow - not cooked in clean oil. And they were cold. That may have been a delivery issue. But food not ready to pick up 90minutes after ordering? That’s ridiculous.
