The BEST customer service I've received at a camping store EVER. I'm travelling Aus and my rooftop tent had seen better days, it was time for a replacement and Whyalla was the last "big" town before I hit the Nullarbor. Adrian was so incredibly helpful in assisting me to order a new tent and I cannot thank him enough for all of his help and knowledge. Purchased a recliner out door chair. Very impressed with it. Only draw back I'm short and it was way too big for me. So. My son returned it back to the Whyalla S.A. store with in an hour to get a refund. Was told it would be returned in 5 to 7 days that was the 4 th Dec. He phoned the store in town on the 16th Dec, and was told to go on line. Which he did for me, it's now the 23rd and I'm still waiting for the money to be refunded into my account. Not impressed at all. Your right with your add. BC....Fing alright.
