A moment ago, at the store's entrance, I witnessed a young, tall, thin, male security guard push an Aboriginal child into a wall multiple times, because of suspected shoplifting. Eventually, the child opened his bag to reveal nothing was stolen. I wanted to report this incident to staff at the checkout, but the security staff and checkout staff began having a loud, congratulatory conversation about it. One Woolworths staff member, a middle-aged woman with shoulder length brown hair stated, while laughing, "there'll be another one soon!" My strong impression is that this store is not a safe space for Aboriginal people and people of colour.

My local supermarket so I can't complain. It's way less crowded than Coles across the mall and the addition of a BWS has its advantages. Sure you can often see some characters but that's the joy of being in the city. They still have a deli counter which is a step above Coles and the cheese and small goods are considerably better.

Failed to honour incorrect shelf pricing policy. Then accused us of not paying because we'd selected paperless receipts!!! Absolutely appalling experience!

I shop here for convenience. More times than not, I leave empty handed as they tend to sell out of everyday essentials (i.e; bread, milk) quickly. In saying that, the fresh produce downstairs is excellent. Also need to mention that staff and security are always lovely

Woolworths Rundle Mall is a mid-sized, two-story supermarket located in the heart of Rundle Mall. Like other Woolworths stores, it offers a variety of products, although there is a limited selection of fresh vegetables, pre-packaged meats, and seafood compared to suburban locations. What's exciting is that this store has a wide range of Asian food options, which sets it apart from other Woolworths stores. Additionally, they provide microwaveable meals for lunch, reasonably priced roasted chicken, chicken tenders, and sushi, but you'll need to be quick because they sell out by evening and do not restock.

Since I work in the city I sometimes shop here during my lunch times however they do not stock all the products so it's an inconvenience. I bought Sara Lee Chocolate Cake at their stores in Fulham Gardens, few days went in to purchase and it was sold out so went to the city store and was told that they only stock the cheesecake varieties and not the cakes. Not really good enough since it's a popular dessert.

Located at the heart of the city, Rundle mall. The store is very wide and spacious. You will find all the necessary stuff from this store only. I love the way the store has arranged. It has two floors. One ground floor there is bakery coffee and BWS. Overall, I really like the store. So I am giving them five stars.

First time to visit a double storey Woolworths branch. Can be a bit confusing if you dob’t read the signs. Perhaps best way to shop here is start from the basement then continue on the ground level coz there are no payment counters downstairs.

I like the layout of this place, an upstairs and a down stairs. Seems pretty well stocked and for how small it was, I was shocked that there was a deli.

Has got everything you expect out of a supermarket. Highly recommend for you to check this place out after shopping and near closing. There are lots of discounted goods when they are closing at the food section in the basement. Got 40% off my custard pie.

Use this as my local place to do my food shopping. Easy to get in and out quickly in the mornings.

I often stop in for their cold drinks, but there is often a good selection of emergency supplies, food, deoderant, etc.

Before Halloween i saw in a way fruit was reasonably priced. Strawberries and blueberries were cheap which gave many people an option to have something sweet but not sugary and bad for their health. The fresh food options are great at this store on many occasions. The staff most times are friendly and courteous. I would have some bad things to say about this store but not about the fine work the people do always top notch. In times when ive felt unwell and it has taken me an extra few minutes to gather my thoughts some attendants were helpful kind and very respectful. The arrangement of the store has changed over 10 years there are some products that are way better now but the store has lost a certain feel. A small change of atmosphere could do wonders.

on 05 May/2022, I went to Woolworths in bundle mall (Adelaide, SA 5000) at 1 pm, and accidentally I fell when I was going down the stairs. Only a customer behind me helped me; he kindly gave me his hand to stand up. However, no one of your employees from the store helped me at the moment. I know that you can see this accident on the Cameras and you can tell someone, for example, the security worker, to approach me and provide some help, or at least, ask if I was okay after suffering this accident. However, I felt that I was invisible to your "customer service". I know that this type of accident can happen, and fortunately, the customer helped me. I suggest Woolworths needs to be aware of accidents and should provide help when it happens in your store.

Great range of choice of products.

Very confusing layout. Cooking needs and many other things are under the main section. The escalator going down to this section was broken, meaning the only way down is to use the escalator on the outside of the store. That aside, prices are fine.

Meat wasn't cold enough. They do have lots of checkout points so checking out was faster. It would be great if they had the full range of products too.

It's great to go shopping here, I can find a variety of food, suitable drinks, and quite a few other household items. I love shopping at Woolworths.

Would give 4.5 star if possible, the 0.5 deduction is for donuts being TOO sweet. Other than that, so good.

What it lacks in general grocery selection it more than makes up for in catering to its local market, it has a small cafe inside and an alcohol shop as well. You might not be able to get specific brand of washing powder but the coffee and bottle of wine will make you feel better

The wait time at the manned checkouts here is way too long, came in at 10:20am today, did a 5 minute shop and had to wait 17 minutes for the only checkout operator who was open (out of a total of 12 checkouts! 11 closed!) to finish his chat with the old lady, while the line got longer and longer and longer behind me, won't be back.

One of the best Woollies in town. My favourite pick from here would be Portugese egg tarts. It's simply amazing. (On the label it says made in Portugal - I have the photo to prove it). These are even better than some you get from restaurants or supermarket. Don't forget to get the 80cents Yeo's Soy Bean drink. You can also get other flavour such as sugar cane and lychee. Those that know this brand will know its the best ;)

Excellent. The lad in the deli individually wrapped 4X500g chicken skewer lots marked down 50% and the young lady on the checkout assisted with explaining the procedure for using my online voucher gift. A wonderful shopping experience without question.

Great convenient location in the middle of the CBD. Your incredible staff are making the queues at the checkouts flow faster. I must admit your staff do not get paid enough for what they put up with and handle. Multiple occasions I have seen your staff get absolutely abused by some customers, it’s scary for a shopper let alone staff. I have tried to ring the store to speak to management about this. As it’s getting worse and worse. As the way I witness a poor girl get yelled at on the weekend was appalling.
