    One of the worst experience I've ever experienced in my life. Got my passport photos in here. I asked the lady with blond hair if I could check my photo before she refused and said in very rude way and said "Cash or card?" The attitude of rolling eyes, the way they serve... OMG I would never come here again

    Upstairs in the City Cross Arcade, accessible from Gawler Place or from inside the food court. Offers passport services at this location. Ample PO Boxes available. Staff helpful on every visit, just don’t go during peak lunch hour.

    I have no idea why the middle aged female staff here are always agitated or easily agitated. The most recent one was a lady of Asian descent who almost instantly became argumentative for no conceivable reason.

    I've been served here by 4 different staff and only 1 (the only male) wasn't rude. On my last visit, the staff kept arguing that they can't do anything when the online instruction was to go to the post office for verification. The manager came and sorted it out easily.

    Poor service by the lady on Personal Service Counter. Came to apply for passport and this woman was not ready to read the form and listen that if you dont have Combination 1 Documents you can attach Combination 2 documents. She just said I need to see Drivers license or you cant apply. Such a time waster. Never going back again to this location.

    Very rude staff and manager, for a normal post trying to cheat customer by charging 9.60 whereas I send the same post from Richmond Australia post office for 2.90. Please be aware.

    if you want to waste your time and money, go to this post office, bought a $500 prepaid post office credit card, the old man services me in such rude attitude and deliberately entered wrong phone number and email address of mine when he set up the account, despite I gave him my business card, his action caused huge drama, as I cannot log into the account with both wrong email and wrong phone number, and when I called Australia post, they cannot help me either, as there is no way to approve the card is mine. Shame on him to do such awful and dishonest action toward a customer! stay away from this post office!

    Aweful Aweful customer services.. especially the Asian old lady with black hair and Aweful attitude she was upset thatvi changed my mind from applying to slow passport instead of the quick one. She started murmuring as if I am by her law should only make one decision Aweful she should be ashme of such an attitude and lack of ability to collaborate

    This is an unfortunate review to the middle-age man with curled, grey hair and glasses wearing a grey shirt today (23/12/22). When told by another staff member that you didn't show to another customer her photo taken by you for her passport, your response was 'No, I am not a photographer...'. When this same staff member was processing my passport application, you asked her if she really needed to be processing passports applications given the amount of other customers in the store at the time. Even in Christmas, customers having their photo taken and their passport application organised to be processed is as equally important as shipping other customers' parcels.

    Poor costumer service. The asian woman needs to learn english and learn to respect the customers. Literally i was there to get my package, and I needed to waste my time to argue with her for about 10 minutes. It was because she said that I didn’t use my name to order the parcel even tho I did. I literally used my acc to order it. She didn’t even check the parcel until i pointed it out. Yo I kno that it’s kinda hard for asians (i am an asian too) since english is not their first language but pls listen to others first. She didn’t even apologise which made me get angry more. Like tf learn to RESPECT AND TALK NICELY TO OTHERS. Thats the evidence. She was arguing with me bcs it said, “deliver to Kmart Rundle mall”. Like bro, check it properly.

    This comment probably won’t change anything as these staff are probably all permanent. But I have to say that one female Asian worker(in her late forties possibly) is so daunting and sooo impatient. I went in to get some express envelopes/satchels, as I was unsure of which type to get, she questioned me with cold tone:” why does it have to be a satchel?” “Oh, you didn’t tell me that!”….It made me feel like a fool and I chose to walk away and help myself to the the products on the shelves. If you are this worker and reading this , you’d know who I am, and you are supposed to serve and give suggestions to costumers and not make them feel like they are stupid.

    I'm sorry but I don't want to sound racist, but that Asian lady has a serious attitude problem. Went there to pick up the parcel and she messed it up and I ended up getting the blame. She better educate herself. Shame on her.

    What a rude lady there. Unfortunately she didn’t have a name badge otherwise I would have had a word with her manager about her behaviour. I really hope I don’t have to come to this place again.

    I had few questions regarding my application. Middle age lady, black hair and wears spectacles was not ready to even have a look. Was literally being rude and saying ma’am at the end of the sentence. Answering our questions comes under there duty. Worst customer service.

    Really hard to find, which is surprising since I'm in the busiest part of a capital city. You are forced to walk a long way out of your way to exit via a shopping mall.

    Poor customer service. I went to the « personal services » counter to ask for tape and scissors and no one showed up. Then, after waiting in the queue, the lady at the counter was not able to find me tape at all.

    I'm giving one star to the middle aged female asian staff in here who's always grumpy and rude. She wants us to turn the packaging of the return inside out, but how are we going to seal it again? The package has 2 stick-on in case you might want to return it. Other staff has no problem at all and just place the new sticker on top of the previous one. Clearly she hates her job. I hope she gets replace as this branch is really convenient to us :)

    Poor customer service, wanted to lodge a domestic letter with tracking, which I already paid for at my local post office, and this lady was like, that's $5.10 on the card. I was like, the envelope is already paid? I'm just here to get a lodgement scan, she had to go get her manager, and they checked that when I entered the Australia Post facility, I already had the envelope with me. Was not my mistake, staff assumed that I just took the envelope from the counter without paying. A bit disappointed.

    I went in to provide further information on my passport application, and I was serviced by a middle-aged woman with short grey hair. There were just two other customers in the store when I arrived. As soon as I handed her my application, she started making objections (with an attitude) about the way I signed and said the passport office would NOT accept my signature (I signed it with a pen within the box and it had already been accepted by the passport office). I mentioned that the passport office had made no mention of my signature and presented her the email I received from the passport office. Following that, I showed her the return postal address provided by the passport office in the email and kindly asked her to please return to the address in Melbourne. Then she said nothing and took all the paperwork to the room behind the counter, with the return address I had written on a piece of paper. However, I discovered that she did not send them to the stated return address in Melbourne, but rather to a different city, and as a result, my application has been delayed. Based on the other remarks in the reviews, it appears that they need additional training on how to serve a customer properly and professionally with manner. STAY AWAY everyone !!

    I was skeptical going in for passport services due to the reviews. I honestly don't write reviews however I felt mu experience warranted one. I had all my documents ready and went in on a Monday morning at about 0830. It wasn't overly busy and after queueing for a few minutes I was called up. The lady greeted with a smile and pointed me in the direction of the queue for passport services. After about a 5-10 minute wait I was greeted once again with a smile by Debbie aka Deb. She took all my paperwork, explained the process, took my photos, asked if I was happy with them and sent off my application. It took about 20 minutes for all this and it was a very pleasant experience so thank you to the whole team that was there this morning and a special thank you to Debbie for her expectional customer service.

    Awful customer service. I can't believe it. Arrived at the shop about half an hour before close time and the staff has already started refusing to do their jobs and trying to turn their customer around. Only one lady's working at the counter with a horrible attitude, didn't even look at me when talk to me. And when I mentioned I need to do VOI form, she answered me with a very impatient and uncomfortable tone, "what is VOI? I don't know what is that". Actually I already saw she had a pretty heated arguement with the customer before me. I guess that's probably how she carries out her customer service. Absolutely a shame.
