I visited ally in Rundle mall today and had an awful experience. I was trying on a top and I couldn't get the top off and I asked for help as I didn't want to break the top at all and they just said to put it over my head. I was upset with this response as that is what I was trying to do for 5mins before asking them. after their response I was in the dressing room having a breakdown and I was shaking as this was such an awful experience. My recommendations for next time would be to hire people who would help their customer out and ask them what help they need instead of ignoring their customer and not helping them out at all. this is honestly so ridiculous and no customer should go through what I went through.

I had an awful experience at the ally fashion in rundle mall. I had gone in to buy a particular pair of pants I had seen at another store a few days before. I had a two wheel shopping trolley with to pick up heavy christmas presents. I hadn't even made it fully in the store before I was pointed at by staff and then immediately had a staff member come over to another rack near and I could feel and see her eyes on me at all times. I then placed my trolley away from me and closer to staff and when I went to the changing rooms another staff member was witching me and stood where she could glimpse through the curtains. I purchased the goods (only because I wanted the pants for an event.) And left that store with no intent to ever go bsck.

i went into ally fashion to relive my childhood, not only did i feel disappointed but i also felt violated when they only offered small sizing, this was such a body shaming thing and it made me cry in the change rooms. when i was crying in the change rooms this rude employee named shay told me to shut up and stop crying about the sizes and she continued to tell me to just not eat if i wanted to fit into ally fashions clothes. she even thought i was stealing but i couldn't even see through my tears' would rate my experience a 1/5 the 1 being her words really got to me and i now have an eating disorder but at least I'm skinny, thanks a lot. x

Good collection, great customer service, went there to purchase a dress for my wife and the staff helped me choosing the dress.They even recommended a matching claw clip which I end up buying. Also they have two for deals going on with basics which is great.
