I
was
very
excited
for
my
consultation
and
flew
to
Seoul
because
of
the
raving
reviews
I
found
here.
The
receptionist
received
me
well
and
her
English
was
good
enough
for
a
consultation.
They
told
me
the
appointment
would
cost
30,000
Korean
won
which
amounts
to
about
$26.
The
doctor
was
very
young
and
absurdly
arrogant.
I
was
looking
for
a
scar
revision
and
they
seemed
to
have
the
appropriate
lasers
for
my
case
(all
from
the
US
which
made
me
wonder
why
I
travelled
this
far
if
nothing
was
any
different
from
the
lasers
back
home).
The
doctor
examined
my
scar
and
suggested
3
different
laser
treatments,
but
was
unable
to
provide
any
pictures
because
he
hadn’t
treated
a
case
like
mine
before
-
which
in
my
opinion
isn’t
a
very
complicated
one.
Undecided,
I
said
I
had
to
do
some
thinking-
I
did
not
feel
comfortable
to
go
ahead
with
the
treatment
after
the
few
words
he
gave
me,
quite
dismissively.
I
asked
him
if
he
could
suggest
any
other
treatment
or
products
for
my
skin-
a
question
I
have
asked
many
other
dermatologists-
because
I
was
interested
in
the
Korean
cosmetic
products.
He
laughed
at
me
and
said
that
his
receptionist
could
answer
this
question
and
pretty
much
booted
me
out
of
his
office.
I
have
consulted
with
doctors
in
the
US,
South
America
and
Europe
and
not
once
was
I
treated
this
rudely.
The
receptionist
suggested
I
stopped
by
Olive
and
Young-
a
mix
of
Sephora
and
CVS-
a
joke.
She
proceeded
to
say
that
well,
unfortunately
I
had
to
pay
for
the
consultation
when
I
hadn’t
even
made
my
final
decision
-
did
she
really
think
I
was
going
to
walk
away
without
paying
$26
?
It
was
insulting
and
an
overall
terrible
experience
that
I
would
NOT
recommend
to
anyone.
STAY
AWAY:
the
doctors
seem
to
be
too
young
and
inexperienced.
Communication
was
a
big
issue
in
addition
to
the
arrogance
of
the
doctor
who
“examined”
me
for
20seconds
that
day.
A
HUGE
DISAPPOINTMENT.
