I’m completely unsatisfied with my laser scar treatments at Hushu. I’d never ever recommend this clinic to anyone I care about. They are over-priced and over-rated. I spent too much money and time only to be talked down to (prior to an appointment) in the lobby for both dermatology and dental patients to hear. The staff is not very accommodating, nor are they friendly. I hate this place. 1 star, only because I can’t give zero stars. Not worth your money and time.

THE best clinic for all skin care needs. I just recently visited Dr. Lim for the second time this year, all the way from New York- yes he’s THAT good. Dr. Lim’s English is perfect and he performs all lasers and skin procedures himself. He is by far the best with PDO threads; so precise, painless and quick that we dubbed him “Angel Hands.” We make our appointments via Kakao chat app. Book in advance and ask for a consultation with the doctor when you arrive. He will analyze your face (the staff will take pictures for him to review with you) and listen to your wants/ needs and will tell you what can and cannot be done with no upselling. The wait time can be long so be patient. We are usually there 3-4hours and get a bunch of procedures from body lasers to facial rejuvenation. The office is usually completely booked and the doctor takes his time with patients. I do not mind at all because he is that good.

Lovely clinic - I walked in on a Monday and they said it would be at least a 30 minute wait bc I didn’t have a reservation, but they saw me in ten minutes! I had a facial peel and did an anti redness laser. The doctor is nice and speaks fluent English, and my consultation was great and she spoke some English and used translator for the rest. You wash your own face and put things in a locker - great pricing and nice people. I saw a few other foreigners so as long as you’re nice an patient you should be totally fine here!

I chose not to get any treatment at this clinic due to the very unfriendly and unprofessional behavior of the translator because I felt if they treat me like this before the treatment, probably they won't care about me as their patient after they receive the money. I give them 2 stars only because their dermatologist was friendly although I wasn't impressed with the diagnosis. They are more about marketing than real patient care. Don't recommend this clinic.

I can only speak for myself but after many years of trying different acne treatments all around the world I’ve never been more pleased than with Hushu clinic.

It was my second visit here at Muse myeongdong clinic. There were lots of visitors waiting. I didn’t make a reservation beforehand but I was able to squeeze in fortunately. I had Lha-Lha peel and pico laser for my pores and freckles and I could see the effect within days. The price is quite affordable and I’m satisfied with the results! It’s super duper great!! I love this place!

My friend recommended Myeongdong branch. I had Tess-ko nose lifting and I am really satisfied with the results. The doctor spoke English fluently which really made me comfortable during the procedure. The staff was very kind. My coordinator spoke English. I’ll be coming back again!

I was very excited for my consultation and flew to Seoul because of the raving reviews I found here. The receptionist received me well and her English was good enough for a consultation. They told me the appointment would cost 30,000 Korean won which amounts to about $26. The doctor was very young and absurdly arrogant. I was looking for a scar revision and they seemed to have the appropriate lasers for my case (all from the US which made me wonder why I travelled this far if nothing was any different from the lasers back home). The doctor examined my scar and suggested 3 different laser treatments, but was unable to provide any pictures because he hadn’t treated a case like mine before - which in my opinion isn’t a very complicated one. Undecided, I said I had to do some thinking- I did not feel comfortable to go ahead with the treatment after the few words he gave me, quite dismissively. I asked him if he could suggest any other treatment or products for my skin- a question I have asked many other dermatologists- because I was interested in the Korean cosmetic products. He laughed at me and said that his receptionist could answer this question and pretty much booted me out of his office. I have consulted with doctors in the US, South America and Europe and not once was I treated this rudely. The receptionist suggested I stopped by Olive and Young- a mix of Sephora and CVS- a joke. She proceeded to say that well, unfortunately I had to pay for the consultation when I hadn’t even made my final decision - did she really think I was going to walk away without paying $26 ? It was insulting and an overall terrible experience that I would NOT recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY: the doctors seem to be too young and inexperienced. Communication was a big issue in addition to the arrogance of the doctor who “examined” me for 20seconds that day. A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.
