During my consultation w/Daniela M. she listened to my needs/concerns, asked wonderful clarifying questions and gave me suggestions to help my muscles be happier. Once the massage started she absolutely worked me over. Which was pretty spicy for a bit. However that’s exactly what my body needed. I know I gave her a challenge getting my muscles to release and I appreciate that she took the time to make it happen. I scheduled another appointment in 3 weeks. Elk Rock Wellness is 100% Covid complaint, requiring masks and hand washing. This is fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ You won’t be sorry scheduling with her.

They are always beyond professional. The people within Elk Rock care for all customers and they are hands down some of the best people to be around. They listen to you and more importantly your body so you always leave feeling refreshed and well take care of. Not to mention the oils are natural and leave you smelling amazing! I’ve personally had multiple people help me and I have always left better than I came in!

I would definitely return for another massage here! The facility was very welcoming and calming, the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing massage. I appreciated all of the Covid-19 protocols that were in place and felt very safe the entire time that I was there. My session was with Eric and he did a wonderful job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and really took the time before the massage started to talk with me about what my problem areas were (and what they were caused by) and what areas I wanted to focus on. I could feel him using a lot of different techniques and varieties of pressure during the massage to really make sure each area was being fully worked out. He was communicative throughout the massage whenever it was time to change things up, and gave me lots of good tips afterwards to help further along the work that the massage had started on my body.

Relaxing space in the heart of Milwaukie. Easy to find and ample parking. The therapists are experienced and have an intuitive touch. This is a place I go for healing.

Atmosphere was tranquil. I went in for lower back issues, staff was kind and cared. I went through a whole series of questions asking about problematic areas that need work. Overall experience was amazing!
