Very bad experience yesterday. Waited 1 hour and 45mins. Waiting for a P.A. To tell me to go home and exercise my torn rotator cuff. They did call me later in the evening wanting to change the plan to surgery. That’s what I wanted to happen. I had my wife with me. I am her caregiver and our attention span is very short which I tried to convey to the people helping us. I was not happy with the whole experience!

I was taken in right on time and had a good and informative meeting with Kevin at the Kaiser Location. I then proceeded to the State Street location to get my chilling unit and a brace. Showed up at a few minutes past five and they were able to satisfy my request even after the closing time. So far Hope has given me Hope in a good outcome. Thank you for being proactive and accommodating

So far, so good. Met with Dr. Karlen and what a pleasant person and great “bedside manner” it was great at explaining the X-rays and, although I know he dumbed it down for us, I never felt like he was having to do that. Hope my journey over the next couple of months keeps going this well.

Front desk staff are very courteous, kind & accomdating. The doctor & his assistant were very thorough, kind, efficient & were very polite. It was a good day

I love all the staff at Hope. I have been going here for a year and have no complaints. The physical therapy dept. as well as Dr. Elkin are amazing.

I was at Hope to receive pre-precedure injections. Jess did a great job, no pain during or after. Looking forward to my next visit

The wait times are ridiculous, and the clinic is super slow. The ladies at the front desk this morning and not inviting or friendly, they do not greet you with a good morning or anything, they let us stand there without even saying anything for a good 2 minutes. Another gentleman walked in, and they looked at him and just said 'name'....no hello or anything. Step it up Hope Orthopedics

Crisp, indifferent reception. Some kind of tinny rock music at reception belies a professional environment. I felt like a digit or robot: a patient to be processed, not listened to or cared about. This is how Walmart would do healthcare.
