Jasmine is amazing! She helped us through the application process and answered all our questions with a smile. Arbor Creek has been renovated and the inside of our end unit is tops! On the second floor, we have vaulted ceilings in every room except the two bathrooms. The park like setting is peaceful and the tall trees and the nature reserve next to the property has birds of every kind. The pool, area for BBQ, even a tennis court - or play area - are well kept. Highly recommended!

Update 12/2023 Management: Works efficiently and pretty responsive when in the office. In the year I lived there they had 3-4 new receptionists with less and less they are actually authorized to do. However, they do what they can and it’s appreciated. Maintenance: These people are the real rockstars here. They are quick to respond to maintenance tickets and usually complete work within 24 hours. All tickets are done through an effective resident portal. Cost: It’s definitely pricey to live here. The apartment feels dated. Single pane windows that makes warming the apt expensive. You can literally feel the walls cold during winter. Deposit is on the lower side. Costs 25/month for reserved parking. Good luck relying regularly on the free parking. I was paying, after utilities, close to 2200 for a 900 sq ft 2br/2ba. After going month to month for the last 2 months it came out to ~2500 post utilities. At the end of the day, your premium goes to their management and maintenance and amenities. The amenities are mostly used by kids in the area. They do a great job with upkeep on the property as well. Definitely won’t be my first choice in the future, but my previous 1 star review was not fair taking everything into consideration.

Flor in maintenance always goes above and beyond. She is a hard worker, very friendly, always has a smile on her face, takes the time to greet you and chat if she has a moment. Today she delivered my replacement bulbs in the pouring rain, instead of just leaving at my door like I requested she made sure to knock first and handed them to me which was nice :)

Ervin Martinez was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make my moving process as smooth as possible and even getting me in my unit the same day. He showed me the complete picture of how my rent and deposit numbers were going to look like without hiding any fees. If you're a Spanish speaker I highly recommend asking for Ervin when looking for your next apartment!

Felix has been the main maintenance person to help with issues that have come up in my new apartment. While there is an unfortunately long list, Felix has remained kind, communicative and upfront throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable, and quick to offer solutions or suggestions and respectful of my time/ schedule and requests. Minus 1 star because there have been a lot of issues with upgraded appliances in a newly renovated apartment and there was a hoarder that lived across my unit which explains the pests.

Hipolito, Flor, and Armando did an excellent job fixing things in my apartment. I would recommend them for any future repairs. They were very professional, courteous, and got the repairs done in a timely manner. Thank you all for your great service.

It's OK , the rent is too high . There is no storage at all and the water ,sewer , garbage , gas and another electric bill to pay Arbor Creek Apartment's. If you're late they charge you $50 no matter how much you're short , if it's $1.00 short you have to pay that $50!! If you lose a key to your apartment it will cost you $50 also. I don't like how Greedy these ppl are , they are stealing from the poor to line their They seem to charge some ppl more rent for these apartments than others. Honestly , these one bedroom apartments aren't worth $1600-1700. I have seen newer , bigger and much better places than these. They have their workers living here and they will snitch you off for whatever and laugh at you as they are throwing you out with nowhere to go. That's Washington County for ya !

Property is nice, apartments are fine. Did have an issue with bugs getting in the apartments. Biggest issue was that it took 6 months to fix my dishwasher because the first once didn't work, the second one ran but didn't dry correctly, and since I couldn't articulate exactly what was wrong, multiple maintenance people couldn't figure it out either.
