I just had a very sudden cross-country move to Portland and Jennifer, Brianna, and the Reveal team have done SO MUCH to make it easier on me! From answering my seemingly constant stream of questions to reassuring me throughout my move to bending over backwards during move-in to checking on me with a smile, professionalism, and friendliness since then, they have had a significant impact on making this feel like home. And Sam and Josh from facilities deserve a shout out as well. They have already made me like an old friend. I feel welcome and safe and valued here, which is a real gift after a hard move. The apartment is so pristine it makes me wonder if anyone’s lived in it before. I love the view of the overpass and the sound of cars going by—I chose this location in part because I love cities so much. Street parking is tricky and unsafe and I don’t understand why these buildings aren’t built with a ground floor garage that can accommodate the majority of residents, but that’s on the original designers, not the current management. Amenities actually live up to (or exceed!) the photos on the website, which is nice. It’s quiet and generally very clean. I’ve been here a short time but if the rest of my time here goes like touring and move-in have, I’ll be very happy.

Just moved here and so far have had an amazing time. The view and apartment have been excellent, and the amenities, especially the dog grooming room, have been great. Particularly though, Jennifer Cases has been amazing. From making applying and signing a lease from out of state as painless and smooth an experience as possible. To making the transition to city life easy. I would recommend immensely, I am very happy with the decision to move here.

I've really enjoyed living here so far! My only complaint is that I miss the morning coffee and seltzer bar that we used to have. In general, the people in the building are nice, respectful and quiet. It's been a relaxing and happy place to live. Sam the head of maintenance has made a huge difference in the building! The place is cleaner, more organized, and just overall a nice place to be. If you need any maintenance it's done quickly and professionally!

I had a fantastic experience at Reveal Apartments! The property was impressively clean and well put together, creating a delightful atmosphere. However, what truly made my experience exceptional was the assistance I received from the Assistant Manager, Logan. His wealth of knowledge about the property was invaluable. Logan was not only incredibly welcoming but also exceptionally kind. I highly recommend Reveal Apartments, especially if you have the opportunity to work with Logan. His outstanding service truly sets this place apart!

The apartments are nicely laid out with fairly good quality appliances (a gas stove!). While the new management team isn't as present as the previous one, they've been friendly and helpful when I've needed something. Sam and his maintenance team are fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and very quick to address any issues. Sam knows the residents (and their dogs!) and is always happy to give you an update on any maintenance issues you've reported, so you know what to expect and when the issue will be resolved.

Thank you, Logan, for making me feel welcomed and at home during my tour. Like many apartment renters, I dreaded taking tours because of previous bad experiences. But this tour with Logan in the words of Tina Turner was simply the best. Logan responded quickly and professionally to my request to tour the property. He took the time to show me all the amenities which look well maintained. We initially looked at two units I had requested and when I asked to see a third unit with a different view, Logan said of course. Overall, my tour experience with Logan was great and if things go as expected, I hope to be a new resident of Reveal.

The Broadstone Reveal staff have been so gracious to me and my husband as we moved during a major time crunch! We also absolutely loved working with Jennifer and meeting the maintenance team, Sam & Jeff who were all very welcoming and accommodating which we definitely enjoyed and appreciated. The only bummer about Reveal is the location being next to the 405 bridge and the surrounding area. Though you cannot hear the noise from our apartment it is not the “prettiest” area however we love the convenience of the location which makes up for this! Excited to be in an apartment with great lighting and space for me and my husband. We love the layout and features like A/C and walk in closets! So far so good!

Reveal has the best staff I’ve ever worked with at an apartment complex. Logan and Jennifer are super friendly, well informed, and extremely helpful. They also both are the nicest to my sometimes overly excited pup, Kyla. I made the move from out of state to Portland and Jennifer could not have made the already stressful process any more seamless! She provided me with a virtual tour and the rest was easy peasy. Reveal really does have a dream team with Jennifer and Logan, and i’m thankful to have stumbled upon them from out of state!
