    I have been going to Tiffany at Whole Body Fitness for almost a year, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Tiffany has been the best trainer I have ever worked with- she is so knowledgeable, works with any injury or deficit I have, and has helped me establish strength and a routine I have never had before (plus she is an amazing human). She has changed the way I view the gym and how it can support (and unlock) all the activities I like to do outside. I am so grateful I found her!

    Hands down this place is the best! I've never been a gym person and I was skeptical to join. I'm so glad I did. I decided about 1 year and half ago to make some major shifts in my life, and getting myself to a healthy me was my number 1! I was paired up with Tiffany and I'm so glad that we met. She literally changed my life. She is so kind and fun and pushes you to do things you had no idea your body could! I saw a transformation and I was hooked. She is so encouraging without ever being pushy. She listens to what your goals are and is dedicated to helping you get there. There is zero judgement on her part, i always felt supported by her. She fosters a culture of acceptance and loving your body at whatever stage you are at. I would recommend Tiffany and whole body fitness over and over again!!

    Easily my favorite gym/personal trainer experience. I reached out to Whole Body Fitness before relocating to Portland, Tiffany called me back soon after, and it was an excellent conversation. She asked about my goals, gave me thoughtful and helpful responses, and, a few weeks later, I was in the gym. After evaluating my goals, she paired me with Brandon as my PT. I can't speak highly enough of my sessions with Brandon. He's incredibly knowledgable, insightful, and an excellent PT and teacher. I told him early on I wanted a solid foundation to make sure I performed each exercise correctly, and he got it; he always made time to explain why each movement should be performed a certain way and how it related to other, more advanced movements. He'll push you, but he's not pushy. It felt great to make noticeable progress during my time there. I plan on booking more sessions with Brandon in a few months. I highly recommend Whole Body Fitness, especially if you're looking to build a strong foundation.

    Whole Body Fitness rocks!! I've been working out with Jim and Tammie, the owners of Whole Body Fitness, for years now. They are extremely knowledgeable and have many years of training experience behind them. Our workouts are goal-oriented, individualized, energetic and fun, and Jim is continually providing great advice and motivation to push me to the next level. Additionally, they are able to provide expert nutritional advice, which is the key to success when it comes to diet and exercise. I can't recommend this awesome studio gym enough.

    I started working out at WBF in March and could not be happier with my decision. Tammie, Juniper and James are true professionals who truly know about fitness. Every workout is different so you are never bored. The workouts are always challenging leaving you feeling strong and satisfied. The trainers are very patient and I believe they honestly care about my progress. I am also very impressed by how the trainers are living the life they are professing making them true inspirations to all of their clients. Thanks to Whole Body Fittness I know I have all the tools to a healthier future and look forward to using their services for many years to come.

    If I could give Whole Body Fitness 10 stars I would The team at Whole Body Fitness has been absolutely inspirational and life-changing! As others expressed, my personal training sessions are fun, challenging and always a bit different - no getting bored with your workouts! This is the place to go if you truly want to transform.The trainers are supportive and provide you with all the tools you'll need to be the best you possible. They have helped me achieve a balanced lifestyle, through not only fitness but nutrition too. In short, if you're ready to challenge yourself and find your inner and outer excellence, Whole Body Fitness Personal Training is a fantastic place to begin your journey.

    James and Tammie at whole body fitness are the best. In my first four weeks working with them, I've dropped 8 lbs of fat and added 2 lbs of lean muscle. My energy level is at an all time high. Their combination of fitness training and nutrition counseling are unmatched in the industry. They take extra time to ensure that you're maximizing your potential and seeing the results that you desire. Each workout and nutrition session is customized to fit you. If you're looking for a personal training experience that is truly personal, then you need to look no further.

    I've been working out at Whole Body Fitness for almost two months. It's been a great experience for me so far. I had been pretty inactive for awhile and this was my first experience with a personal trainer. I really wanted to find someone that could give me personal attention and teach me to do things properly and I have found that here. I work mainly with James and and he is very knowledgeable and experienced and efficient. He works me very hard but is also encouraging. He also gave me some great nutrition information that has been very helpful and easy to use. I've already lost weight and gained some muscle and am looking forward to my continued progress. I've also had a session each with Tammie, Juniper, and Martin, and they were great to work with as well. I recommend this place if you want to get fit!

    Working out at WB Fitness with Tiffany has been one of the best decisions I have made. Tiffany has been great to work with because she is very tuned in to what my body needs. She listens very well to how I am feeling and creates the workouts accordingly. She exhibits a great balance of being a motivator but also a great listener. I have gotten into a lot better shape as a result. Plus, she is a good person who is nice to talk to as well. Highly recommended!

    I could not be happier with my experience at Whole Body Fitness. All the trainers are incredibly knowledgeable, kind, caring and attentive to your journey. And they love what they do! The whole premise of the gym is to look at the body holistically, and that makes all the difference if you're really trying to improve your health, wellbeing and body sculpting. The equipment is in excellent condition, and the overall cleanliness is top-notch. If you're looking for a tailored experience with a great coach, you've found the right place.

    This place is great. I signed up after significant health challenges. Tiffany was very thorough in making sure I was ready. She found the perfect trainer for me and made accommodations when needed. Killian, my trainer, is great. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, pleasant, and has helped me make huge strides. I would highly recommend Killian and Whole Body Fitness.
