    Purchased an electronic device, brought it home and it was defective. Was told I am unable to refund device since I opened the package even with proof of purchase. How can you tell if something is broken before even opening the package? Electronic department is a ripoff, buy electrilonics somewhere else.

    It was a gas station and I bought 2 gallons of rainx and it was a sign 3.49$ In the end check was 4.99$ Did not like ot at all The guy who was checking me out said they forgot to change the sign

    Only one pump is functioning apparently, all have been blocked off except one, several of them getting blocked by the crew while I have been sitting here over the last 20 minutes. A sign letting customers know prior to getting in line would be great. One pump is leaking, according to the staff here. The crew is struggling even with this one operational pump. Yikes!

    Miguel was wonderful at letting me know a run in I had with 3 employees that were supposedly on break but still in uniform and badges on were being rude and unprofessional. It started in the garden area and after I was done finding what I needed for my backyard I started walking to the home area to see if I could find something to help with a project, I turned around the 3 girls were following me and still being rude with nonverbal gestures. It made me uneasy and feeling harassed so I stopped looking for my other items and went directly to just getting my food to cook and while I did that I called to speak to a manager. Miguel came to find me and was very professional and understood my concerns and let me know it’s not tolerated and those he knew I was talking about would be educated. So big thank you to Miguel and I hope I not anyone else gets treated like that.

    This is by far the worst Fred Meyer in the Hillsboro/Beaverton area, their customer service has been awful every time I enter this location. Not only that if you ask their staff about their products/services (Bottle Drop, etc) they are absolutely worthless when it comes to it. Today I came in as it was on my way home and the lady at the self-service downright stole money from me and this will be the last time I ever return to this location because of how poorly customers are treated and how untrained their staff is. The lady helping me had a red vest, so I'm assuming that means management and she's not even self aware of their polices. I used my Bottle Drop there and every location gives you cash back after your purchase if its not used up. The lady offered me a gift card? This is my money. It was not an "In Store Credit" Where it may have applied, but even then, I've always received CASH BACK FROM EVERY LOCATION. THE MOST WORTHLESS STORE IN OREGON WITH THE SNARKEST EMPLOYEES THAT DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR EXPERIENCE HERE

    Sale tag prices on shelves are not always shown in the system when scanning items. This has been an issue with Fred Meyer for years. Pay attention when scanning, otherwise they end up charging you more then the listed price. When asked cashiers do not know the sale price and wouldn’t check for you. Customer service is ok. .

    Store is very disorganized. Items/products are only loosely grouped together, so items/products of one type may be spread out throughout the entire store. Sections are also frequently mislabeled, and the products that should be there aren’t. For example, Hard Ciders were not in the section labeled Cider… only beers could be found under the Cider sign while the Hard Ciders themselves were actually an aisle over with the Craft Brews. Individual products are also frequently labeled problematically. We purchased a pair of bins after referencing the dimensions listed on the tags. It wasn’t specified which dimension were which, so we assumed that the dimensions listed were listed in the L x W x H format… Well for some reason unbeknownst to us, the dimensions were listed L x H x W… a format which is pretty much never used, meaning we had to make a special trip to return the bins because they didn’t fit. This Fred Meyer is troublesome to navigate and shop at. Be prepared for a lot of aimless searching at this Fred Meyer’s.

    Bought an $80 dollar controller that turned out to be defective. This was supposed to be one of the best brands but since it failed I opted to go with something more reliable from Microsoft. Store clerk mentioned that they can only do an exchange unless I had the receipt and original box in hand, even though I was on camera a few days prior in that store buying it and had the card I used to make the purchase. As for that exchanged controller? Its in the trash along with the likelihood of me ever returning. Took an hour out of my day to get service from people that lack critical thinking skills. You can refund pretty much everything in the store if its out of the box broken/defective and get a better unit, but a controller? "yeah, sorry its company policy".

    I use the pickup groceries option. The staff that brings out my order is friendly, fast, and efficient when placing items in my car. The staff that completes my order in the store chooses the best items that are on the shelves, haven't had any broken eggs, and the produce has been excellent . Thank you!

    I like shopping here, but I feel like the variety of different brands is becoming excessive. Another note, I bought 3 pamgeramet fruits, and all 3 were not fully good from the inside. I'm not sure if they got damaged in the storage. or transportation.

    I still prefer to use fill self service. The service team at this location have always been friendly, helpful, & efficient. You'd expect midday on a Saturday would be busy at a gas station.. Not so today. My car was promptly fueled and I was on my way in just a few minutes. Thanks!

    Great selection. Good customer service. But definitely needs more clerks or self checkout stations available. Never enough. Always have to wait a long time and it's always busy.

    Went to automated bottle return in green bags you have to buy from them. They have been out of bags so it is impossible to return cans and bottles. There was a 20 minute line to tell the one customer service person this fact. Service?

    The online ordering is horrible here. I’ve ordered pickup orders three times, every time it was missing items. I had to go in and shop for them myself, negating any convenience. My delivery order is currently more than two hours past the delivery window. It was supposed to be here between 2 and 4pm, it’s currently 6:10pm. I guess I’ll stick with Walmart+. They have never once been late.

    We stopped in to buy some soda. Dr. Pepper 12packs were 4/$15 so we bought four....as one would. We went to the register and the total came out to be a lot more than we thought. Turned out the sodas didn't ring on special. We told our cashier, Michelle, about the special,and I even ran over and got the shelf tag. But she was very dismissive and sent us to customer service. Mary-ann, was very professional and took care of us, but as we were wrapping up, Michelle came over and told us there weren't any more tags like that on the aisle. Essentially calling us liars. I told her that she was incorrect and that i would happily show them both but Michelle got snippy and I didn't want to cause a scene, so we left. I work retail. Sometimes things happen and something gets mis-priced, but the entire row was mis-priced if that was the case. I was trying to save them the problem of dealing with a bunch of mis-priced items all day/night. I'll go to the one on Walker in Beaverton.... Or WinCo. The only reason I don't give a lower score, is because Mary-Ann was amazing.

    This store really has selection of foods. We shop special diets and can find what we like the majority of the time. Please, would you be able to ask your employees to park their carts in other than the main intersecting aisle of the store? There's a big cart for pickup orders the next end cap you can't see. Major traffic jam frequently....

    Great place to shop, it earns you fuel points as well, so you get your gas cheaper, also I find the quality of fruits and food is awesome here.

    I originally gave this 4 stars, but now changing to 1, would give zero if possible. The number of times this store has absolutely screwed up our pickup orders is horrendous. We will not be back here.

    I would put a negative number if I could. I am disabled with a failing one replacement. I was in the men's area and didn't see that there were pegs for hanging things on the floor. I tripped over them. I told an associate and the reply was I will tell a manager and she kept walking. I picked them up to make sure no one else would trip. A manager finally came out and I explained what happened and all she did was make excuses why it probably happened. Didn't even ask if I was ok. My wife went and got a shopping cart so I could walk easier.

    Significant quality reduction in the meat department. Prices also have increased in the meat department. Inefficient causing long lines. They need to activate the second self checkout sooner and staff more checkers

    I am a fan of Kroger and/or Fred Myers. A lot like Albertsons, their Kroger brand of products are great and comparable to name brands. When I have my choice I will always select Kroger brand. The only thing I don’t like are some of their policies regarding employment. I’ve never worked for the company but my daughter has and I don’t agree with a couple views that the company has. All and all I give 4 out of 5 stars.

    It gets real old when the deli workers refuse to give you what you want, I have asked for my deli lunch meat to be shaved very thin. Never seem to get it, whether in store or online shopping. Spend over 30 dollars on lunch meat and it is ridiculous that they can't seem to get it or just don't want to do it. Shopping elsewhere
