I came here for the first time yesterday, and it was exemplary. I ordered a Detroit style deep dish which they cooked consummately, topped with piquant nourishments, and perishables that I haven't matched the flavor of since harvest season back at the farm. This pizza encounter has left me more newfangled than ever. Guidos is quite the illustrious establishment, I hope to see myself in here again soon.

Italian food. It's not slow food but it's a different choice for Italian people in America who don't want to eat burgers daily. The pasta is Barilla or equivalent and the tomato sauce is Barilla as well. More on this the price is affordable. I do not suggest to eat daily at Guido's but sometimes it's a different food taste in the United States of America where the food is pretty much the same wherever you choose to eat. Good job Guido's.

I have been shopping here for about ten years now. In that time, I've never received an incorrect order, I've never been charged for things I didn't buy, and I've never gotten subpar food. The customer service is the best out of any pizza chain I've been to in southeast Michigan, and I've been to a lot of them! The restaurant is always clean, and the drink coolers are usually well-stocked. There are two tables in the front of the store to eat there if one wishes. The menu is pretty standard for a to-go pizza joint: pizzas, subs, pastas, salads, and appetizers like wings and cheese bread. The difference at Guido's, though, is the quality of food. The crusts of the pizzas are light, crispy, and chewy, and the quality control here is top notch. Every pizza I've ever bought from this location over ten years has the same crispy, chewy, legendary texture. The toppings are pretty standard, too, with your bell peppers, jalapenos, banana peppers, other vegetables, and meats like bacon, sausage, chicken, and pepperoni, among several other toppings. The mushrooms are fresh mushrooms, and the taste comes through if you order them. No canned goods here! Guido's advertises themselves as "the savory sauce boss", and this is no lie. While I haven't had their spicy sauce, I had the chunky sauce when that was a menu item and their original sauce, and both were fantastic. It's flavorful enough that they use this same sauce on their pastas, and it stands on its own there. I have not tried the salads, so I would rather not comment on them. All three bread options are fantastic and don't need dips to be tasty. The wings are baked, as is standard for many pizza joints. There are only two sauce options, though, which I'm not a fan of (barbeque and hot, no garlic parm or other classics). The wings aren't huge, but they aren't tiny, either. I've never had an undercooked wing here, and there is communication about which sauces are available so there are no surprises at checkout. I have tried the mostaccioli and the triple-layer lasagna. I can say both are satisfying for the price. While I wouldn't rave about either, it's tasty pasta that I didn't have to cook and served at a fair price. The lasagna also allows you to choose one of the pizza toppings to go with it. Customer service, as I stated in my introduction, has always been top notch. The crew here can be described as professional, consistent, and courteous. All in all, I've been a loyal customer for a decade, and I plan on remaining one for another decade. I can't say nearly enough good things about this location, its food, or its employees. It's always a pleasure to shop here!

Good pizza and great breadsticks. The cobb salad is awesome, but you need to focus on the customer service. The girl with the black hair was very dry and came off kind of rude. No smile, no greeting. We asked for a size reference point on the salads and she looked at us like we were dumb, then said individual is 1 person, small is 2-3, and so on. She should have grabbed a container and showed us an example of the sizes.

First time ordering and I can’t brag enough ..we ordered alot of food as it was for a event . Everyone loved it !!! They were also all friendly and very helpful ! This will be our new go to spot :)

Delicious and fast!! Ordered delivery to my hotel room. Came in 35 mins not the 50 quoted which is awesome. Cheese breed and deep dish deluxe with extra cheese. DELICIOUS!! If I was a local I’d definitely eat here again.

Order pizza and wings. First off, wings are buy the pound. But the picture is very misleading. Picture of wings shows 9 pieces and my order came with 6. Show what you deliver. Second, ordered deep dish pizza. While the taste is ok, this is in no way a deep dish pizza. Almost like they grabbed the dough for a medium and used it on my large order. I feel like I got a square thin crust.

This store has everything you want in a local pizza place! Great food, Top notch customer service, and you can tell that they care about the product. Try it if you haven't you wont be disappointed!

Too bad there’s not a 10 star rating. You guys knocked it out of the park tonight. I have always loved Guidos when I lived in Grand Blanc, I didn’t realize you were so close to my home. I can say this I will never order pizza from anywhere else. This is the best pizza I have had in a very long time. Thank you for making my evening a little easier. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I had a great experience at this pizza pick-up restaurant. They kindly remade my bread when I oversaw an ingredient due to. The pizza & jalapeno bread was delicious, and the staff was attentive. Highly recommended!

I placed an online order around 8:30 not knowing they closed at 9, and unfortunately didn’t leave in time to make it before closing. I had all but given up, but then they called, and after explaining the situation, generously offered to deliver my food. I told him that wouldn’t be necessary, but he insisted. Upon delivering the pizza, he said he was the owner and would not accept my tip. It’s that kind of above and beyond service that sets guido’s apart, and I’m grateful they were around to help out. The pizza and breadsticks were awesome, and the personal touch made everything taste that much better! I’ll definitely be back!

For almost 30 years!! If you want the Best "Detroit Style" pizza around...you have to go here!! Try the jalapeno Popper bread!! GUIDOS does a great job with catering for businesses! Highly recommend!! 5 Stars!!

We were stuck in the same routine when it came to pizza. We decided to try Guido's as something different. We now have a new favorite pizza. They use quality ingredients. It was delicious.

Pizza was pretty dang good, but $70 for two XL pizzas and delivery within 2 miles - yikes!

I love the pizza, of course. But they make some awesome wings. Good variety of dipping sauces. Also salad and bread. All good!! I would recommend for sure. Good staffing as well.

Guido's is less than 5 mins away from our office of over 8,000 employees...and all 8,000+ of us LOVE Guido's. We work with many food vendors coming in and out of our office but Guido's is by the far the most reliable of them all. Many of times we are ordering over 100 pizzas in one single order and Guido's is always on time and so friendly while most importantly delivering quality food that is fresh from the oven. You are in good hands ordering from Travis and the team at Pontiac Guido's.

One of the greatest pizza places in town, You can not do much better than this. The food is always ready when I get there, the food is always a 10/10, and the staff is always so friendly. If you are looking for a place to eat this is definitely the place. I was chatting with the new owner and he has definitely turned this place around. Any misgivings that you may have had towards this establishment is no longer relevant at all. This establishment is truly a gem.

Absolutely amazing service, and food too. I ordered from the 9th floor of a hotel for delivery and they were here within 20 minutes! Phenomenal “mozz” bread! Definitely a new fav!! 10/10 recommend!!

We only tried the boneless wings (hot and BBQ), the motz bread and a round pep but it was VERY good. I highly recommend the boneless wings. Their blue cheese dressing, ranch, garlic cream cheese, and marinara were all VERY good. The place is definitely a cut above the rest.

I suspect your employees shut your joint down early, I called a bit before 9:00 to place an order for pickup on Wednesday night and no answer. So I made my why over I was staying at the hotel 5 minutes away. Got there just a bit after 9:00 and all I heard was “those are old stickers on the door, we close at 9:00” I replied online closing time is 9:30 I still have quite a bit of time. “Oh we tried to change it online too, google won’t change it” not that hard to change hour of operations on google. Either way wanted to be able to leave a 5* review but not much to review except an unpleasant interaction.

Excellent food and amazing customer service. The owner and his staff are very nice. The first time our family tried their pizza, we went back a few days later for more. Prices are affordable and the pizza tastes amazing. This is definitely our new spot for pizza and cheese bread.
