The new bartender is terrible. He was working alone which is half of the problem, his personality is the other half. I waited 10 minutes for him to even acknowledge me. But whatever he’s busy. When he finally comes over he’s quite rude. I bought a $5 beer and tipped him $1 which is 20%. When I came back for a second he was like “didn’t you not tip?” How much extra do you think you’re entitled to for eventually getting around to handing me a bottle? Do yourself a favor and go down the street to New Way. They’re actually friendly.

Prices and serving sizes for food are great. Owners care about their customers. Happy hour starts at 11:00am till 7:00pm Mon-Fri.

Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. First time there, so wasn't sure what to expect, but had a fun time.

Great local dive bar still. Same ole sneakers as it was when we hung out here in our 20s. Disappointed it was too understaffed to get food, that's what brought us in... Next time.

I've been here several times the staff was amazing which are the bartenders I've never had an issue all of my drinks were phenomenal and great tasting absolutely love the food.

This is a great neighborhood bar, have a burger and a beer. The staff is nice to look at. The men's room is a bit shifty.

Great dive bar, surprisingly good veggie burger (I think Morningstar black bean and they cook it well). Cheap drinks and good service. Women’s restroom needs major attention (there is no privacy, it’s two toilets next to each other lol, so I would go before you get here)

Great little bar, right on Woodward. Really good food at a decent price, especially the chilli cheese waffle fries. But really made the palace shine was the bartender, Becca. Great smile, very friendly and fun to talk with. And all the regulars love her, so you know that place is good. I will definitely be back.

Sneakers is one of the best bars in the area. Great selection, great music, and great atmosphere. I always have an awesome time here. If you're looking for that sort of dive-y feel but not dirty, you've come to the right place.

New bartender Megan is great. I love the burgers and fries here. The bar seating is HORRIBLE. You have to lean in very uncomfortably to eat or drink. Who thought that was a good idea? Forget BYOB you gotta BYOC. Bring your own chair!

Sneakers is a go-to hole in the wall establishment in downtown Ferndale. Not the best place to watch a game and don't expect great food options (if you luck out and the kitchen is even open). But if you're looking to grab simple drinks in a comfortable, dark setting then you're in the right place. 3.99% charge for all credit card purchases so bring cash/debit to save a few bucks.

Super strong rum and cokes. The place was understaffed had to go get your drinks from the bar and wait. Bathrooms are a little disorganized especially women's from what I heard. Beautiful view off Woodward and 9 from a few tables of outdoor seating. Four stars due to the bathroom issues and understaffing, but still highly recommended.

Not a huge fan of bars, let alone dive bars. So take this how you want. I'll start by saying this is one of the less uppity spots in Ferndale. Great prices on liquor. Decent food. They have an ami music jukebox so you can set your own vibe. But that's really it. It's....a dive bar. Mostly dark and chill environment with room for multiple groups to kick it

My kind of Dive bar. Cheap beer. Darts. Arcade game. Karaoke. Pull tabs. What else would you possibly want? Always a good time here.

Great atmosphere and decently priced drinks for Ferndale. Karaoke nights at this place are great with great engagement from everyone and some seriously great talent from the bar regulars.

Great bar, the people you come across and meet are always welcoming and full of good company, the bar tenders/staff are always there to help you and giving 110% and are really cool people. Theres an AMI music station so you can hook up blootooth through the AMI music app witch is really cool! They also make food here! I recommend the coneys i mean who cane go wrong with a coney aye? Haha I give this place two thumbs up and recomend you all to give it a visit. It was a good time for me and I have so far been here about 6 times in total.. stay awesome all of you and come here!
