This location of Olive Garden is the best in all Plainfield,Bolingbrook,Joliet locations when it comes to service. The wait time was very long though. I highly suggest you to put yourself in waitlist until maybe you get your shopping done. Our helper MO was amazing, very attentive and friendly. I tried their Chicken Shrimp Carbonara , the pasta and shrimp tastes great but Chicken was very bad. So I suggest you to get this dish without the chicken. I also tried their Shrimp Fritto Misto it was delicious. It is lightly battered fried shrimp and peppers.

Stopped in today to kill some time and fill our bellies. Our server Alyssa was great. She was very friendly and patient with our table. My daughter was acting out, and each time Alyssa came to the table, she was so polite and sweet with my daughter, and it calmed her down right away. I really appreciate her spirit and positive attitude. The food was also very delicious. We enjoyed our visit and food. Thank you, Alyssa!

Olive Garden needs to know that, competition is very hard out there and more efforts are needed to maintain position and survive. Waiting for almost one hour should be rewarded with better quality food. Prices are very high xompared to quality. I am very dissappnted with all the meals and really feel bad for the significant drop in quality. Food was made basic with no flavor. Juice was like water, dissert was very dry. I feel like eating in a fast food place in the mall court yard. The two star is for the waitress who was working very hard.

Greg is an absolute treasure of a server. Greg is the diamond of rough of olive garden employees. He treated us as kings. Even going so far as to kneeling as he sang happy birthday with an angels voice. The entire restaurant was amazed by the performance. Truely a real olive garden experience. I felt as if i had been transported to Italy itself. Greg also supplied us with 13 orders of breadsticks. 10/10 would Greg again.

I am a single mother of 3 and this was my first time at Olive Garden and I must say, those bread sticks were bussing! Wocky slush! Our waiter, Greg, was so sicko mode. I wanted his unlimited Greg stick, if you know what I mean...

Food was okay. However, I felt our server kept checking on us a little too much . Like, it was pushy. . It made me feel like she was indirectly asking us to leave . Are you done yet ? are you done yet ? Are you done yet ? Til finally I told yes, we are and we will be leaving shortly and she left us alone . Not bad at all. I went for someone else since it's not the food I usually go for, but everything came out good. Our waitress, and the general service was good. I especially enjoyed the tiramisu.

Horrible service almost got into a fight with the rude disrespectful staff at that restaurant. Called the district manager and she never didn't care to call back about what happened. The waiting time is absolutely horrible and don't expect any good service. Best thing is to go to another restaurant that appreciates its customers. The conclusion is Olive Garden restaurants are garbage.

Food was delicious, our sever was on point and attended to us frequently. Food was brought nice and hot, when we arrived we were told 20 to 30 min wait, well we wait 15 mins so that was a plus

We had a rep bring us lunch from here, the food was good, got so full off the soup and breadsticks that I didn't even touch my food. But hey it's great to go home with leftovers. The raspberry lemonade was delicious. Love the little mint for after dinner.

Dinner was delicious, I indulged in the Classic Lasagna, and it was just as tantalizing as the first time I enjoyed it. Our server was very attentive, which made the service stellar! Aside from the kids running around the restaurant, it was a splendid experience.

I ordered food to go for the 2nd and last time. The first time it was not good but I believe in second chances. This time it was worse and I spent over $50.00 for this meal. The chicken tasted like it was reheated and overall not good. I use to love this place but it has not been good for awhile.

I took my niece and mother, per their request, to Olive Garden in Orland Park for their birthday dinner. My niece was my mom’s first grand child who surprisingly was born on her birthday, and my niece was turning 18, so this dinner was special. When we arrived at 1pm, I spoke to the manager and requested a birthday song and two cakes. I watched staff celebrate another guest’s birthday who arrived later than we did. After lunch, the waitress ruined the surprise by asking my family if they wanted a birthday cake. 🤔 even after I had already requested them. Then she looked at me and me if I was ready to sing the birthday song with her? No fanfare or surprise like the other table. When I asked her why the other employees didn’t join in her response was “we’re busy.” Also, my food wasn’t prepared correctly and the waitress said that it depends on which cook is in the kitchen that determines how the recipe is followed. Whattt??? My Zuppa Toscana soup had no Kale (all potatoes), among other issues. We didn’t feel entitled to the celebration but were disappointed, since it takes less than a minute to sing a birthday song. This was a disappointment and I will never return to this restaurant.

Our server was rude and rushed us through our entire dining experience. I normally never have issues with Olive Garden; I am assuming she was just having a rough night. It is still not an excuse to treat customers like they aren't wanted. At one point, we tried asking her a question and she cut us off immediately before we could finish and said "give me a couple minutes". The food was okay, but I felt sick the entire day after. I don't think I will be back for awhile.

My favorite location for Italian food. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Bring your appetite because portions are large.

Quick service, fantastic wait-staff, delicious food and drinks. I'd recommend the lasagna fritta appetizer and the strawberry-passion fruit limonata.

I love Olive Garden first of all, it's my favorite restaurant. The staff at this location was very polite, friendly and professional. The manager however was not as friendly or polite. We were taken to our seats and the whole area smelled like urine . Before we sat down I asked for the manager and I asked him what did he smell? He said that he didn't smell anything. I told him that it smells like urine. He said that he was sorry and that they have the carpet cleaned once a month. Then he said that maybe it's the cheese . Sir I can tell the difference between urine and cheese. Then he asked if we wanted to go to another table and we did but as I was going to the washroom I noticed that, that smell is all over the restaurant and they need a new carpet or No carpet. I am very disappointed because as I said I love Olive Garden and I believe that they can do better. They need to take out that old stinky carpet!!! They have good food and good staff except the manager but it's a nice concept and they should have more respect for the people who continue to support this restaurant chain. They have enough money to fix this in all their restaurants. TAKE THE DIRTY, STINKY CARPET OUT!!!

They have no respect for any other religion and every time my family and I go there we get seated by the entrance to the kitchen; especially when there are empty private tables. The service is horrible and they don’t give you the correct wait time. Current management doesn’t care about customer service and doesn’t make efforts to make sure customers are satisfied. The previous owner respected all nationalities white, black and/or Mexican; Muslim and Christians or any faith.

I can't believe it everything was season very well. Awesome. Our server was also the bartender, because of a call off. He handled everyone (bar and tables) on point.

So dry, hardly any Alfredo sauce..and no, I checked the bottom and there was barely any. They never served it like that. You know, for being fake Italian fast food, you would think they can get orders on point. I feel like >$21 went down the drain.

They don't let us try wines when we got there. We got there at eight o'clock at night and they were not busy so they should have ask us if we want to try a glass of wine. My party was not happy that night because of the service. I told them that this never happen before when I came here with other people. We alway got to try wine to see if we wanted it. It will be along time before we try again. We all way enjoyed before. When we left they were all hanging around the front door waiting for everyone to leave. We love olive garden and this is a re review. Wait time took about 45 minutes to two. We ordered calimari as an app it was a bit to soggy was not crispy like it usually is 2/5. We also had the stuffed ravioli with the grilled chicken 3/5 to saucy for out liking but flavor was good. I had the create your own no score because it never got to my table correctly. Heres the downside of our visit. Within the hour we never recived breadsticks, drinks wernt refilled and our order was wrong twice. We recivived frita chicken instead of grilled and i recived sauce twice on my create your on when i wanted sauce on the side. When the kitchen drops the ball this way i feel that theres a lack of organization and it should be corrected. Management took care of our bill partially.

Maurice the manager needs to be coached up on accountability, positive customer interactions and blame shifting. No host or bartenders. Staff is too busy on their cell phones to break away from their devices to acknowledge customers. After waiting for 15 minutes, from the bar I called Olive Garden to place an order. I let them know I needed some help and no one came by. After cancelling the order I spoke with Maurice to let him know my experience. He admitted to seeing me but chose not to engage, he assumed I didn't need help he said. He also told me I was wrong for sitting at the bar to place an order because the bar is "closed" with no sign stating the bar was closed (it was 8pm). He shifted blame to a customer who just wanted to buy food. This all could have been avoided if he had acknowledged a customer. He has created an environment where the staff is comfortable with being on their devices and not helping guests. If the service was this bad at the jump the food quality can't be very far off. God forbid they get your order wrong I would be leary to contact management and just go directly to corporate. Avoid this place. I will now anytime I am in town. -Ben

Decided to come to Olive Garden today because I had a craving for pasta. I was met with terrible service... we were sat down and waited 45-50 minutes for a server to even greet us. Three families were seated and had their entrees before we were even able to order drinks... even after asking the hostess if we could have a server after waiting for quite some time. Finally, after watching everyone else get their food in minutes, we decided to pick up and go. Beyond disappointed, and it was very rude. Other waiters even looked at us but did nothing. I won’t be returning to this location.

Absolutely no complains my last visit. Service, food, and appearance was great. Keep it up ! Edit: Sept 1st 2018. Came here for my second visit and was super busy but was able to order a drink at the bar and hang out a bit until our table was ready. Once we were sat there was a normal wait time for food. The servers and staff are all busting their behinds to make this work, Kudos to the manager on duty that evening. All in all awesome experience again, desert was amazing and plan to visit again. 😀

Our server was very personable and kind. The food was on par for the Olive Garden - so quite good. It is nice to be able to sit inside and relax with friends and family over good food.

Came today. Enjoyed a nice bottle of Moscato, apps,and entrees. Our server was incredible. Just the right amount of attentiveness! We also tried the new tortellini, and it was fabulous!

Good food great server Jonathan he was great, loves to joke which makes for a great atmosphere and he was very dependable when it comes to serving you. We are back here today for another round of good service so far and food is still great! Sam our waitress waited on us right away and our food came promptly. I'm adding pictures again today however, I would have added a picture of our waitress but sam did not wish to have a picture on Google and I will always respect their wishes. She has been a great waitress. She made us feel very comfortable.

It was fine. service was good. place seemed pretty clean in a time like these. Only, Olive garden just isn't what it used to be. The quality of their food just doesn't taste the same, all the way from the bread to the dessert. I need to give up hope on this chain and just move on.

Very slow service, at a slow time, 2 pm. Chicken dumpling soup loaded with salt, all 3 of us sent soup back & ordered salad. Salad had 2 oluves & 2 small pieces of tomato. Totally disappointed. Breadsticks took a long time to arrive at table. Breadsticks were overbaked, dark brown & dry/hard. Asked for a fresh batch of breadsticks, that arrived right at the end of the meal. The lasagna with meatballs was just average tadting & portion on the small size. This was a huge waste of time and money. A really unpleasant experience.

Olive Garden has really great food! Their breadsticks, house salad and Andy’s Mints are so yummy! When I was little, our server would always take me back to the kitchen or behind the counter and take a whole bunch of Andy’s mints back home. Really great place to take your family and friends!
