Are you a Carmel mom that wants to drink wine with other Carmel moms while hitting on younger men, all while not leaving the comfort of you own neighborhood? Boy do I have the place for you! All joking aside that is the vibe of this place. Overall the restraunt and theme are styled well and definitely inviting. But that's where the troubles start. Firstly let me say our server, Victoria, was amazing and very knowledgeable about everything and beyond pleasent. That being said upon being sat at a table in the bar and left with menus there is no way you can attempt to read with out holding it up to some source of light not provided by the establishment, whether your lucky like myself to have some dim setting sun light left or if like the people set shortly after us who were forced to use a the flashlight on their phones. It's just honestly silliness. After ordering a server passed with a few plates to which I immediately made the comment "God that smells like dirty feet", a half our later our pizzas arrived only to find the "baby cheezus" we had order was in fact the dirty foot smell. I am not exaggerating when I say the pizza reaked. It was so bad I made them box it up so I didn't have to smell it. I couldn't even eat a full piece. That being said the pepperoni piquante pizza was pretty good. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients though it was a bit scorched on the bottom. The breadsticks were very good. And the side car sauces were very interesting in the way you can add it to your pizza to alter the taste, though nothing could over power that stinky foot pizza. Ugh.

Fast food with a calm atmosphere. The pizza crust was very good and light. I finished the whole 10-inch pizza in no time! The Beekeeper Pizza was a super interesting combination of a type of salami, honey, and jalapeño that worked very well. I’d recommend swinging by here for a quick bite for lunch!

We really love Pizzology. The pizza, of course, is great, but everything else we've had there is great too. They have really good gnocchi on Fridays, a great wine selection, and all sorts of other things on the menu if you're not in the mood for pizza. Our girls love watching the pizza being made and the fire in the oven. They also have paper on the tables and crayons to keep them busy. I've of our favorite places for a casual dinner.

We were Pizzology in almost 2 years. However we were disappointed somehow. The Italian mussels were so tiny, not much flavor compare with the old one. Saint & Homdmade sausage were just OK and the pizza dough was not like old one, chewy, soft, and good flavor. Overall I only could give 2 stars. I wouldn't go back.

Great staff. Host (Ella?) was so polite and I loved how attentive she was both to me and an elderly woman who needed help navigating back to her car. Ella asked if she could help her out first which communicates to me she has her priorities straight. I love supporting businesses whose employees reflect values. Will be back!

This place has great food and awesome staff, but unfortunately, they are closed during lunch now (and only open from 4pm-9pm Monday through Saturday). I'm really surprised Pizzology can't get Google to update the business hours. I got fooled a time or two, which admittedly put a sour taste in my mouth, but then found out the hours keep getting updated then changed back for some reason.

Great place to have craft beer and one of the finest wood-fired pizzas. Ambience is soothing and place is nestled amongst great part of Carmel....

I love the vibe of this place; as soon as you walk in you can tell that the ambiance is nice and relaxed. We went here for the first time on a Tuesday evening and there was no wait to be sat. We did have to wait a little bit to be greeted at our table, but it wasn’t a crazy amount of time and I know that just happens sometimes. Our server was kind and made sure we were taken care of. The gluten free pizza was really tasty. I had the Margherita pizza and it had very fresh toppings. The arugula salad was also very fresh!

First things first, the breadsticks were “crazy bread” on steroids. Absolutely amazing. There were 4 to the order with a delicious cheese sauce and fantastic marinara. If we had only ordered the breadsticks I would have given them 5 stars. We were disappointed with the pizzas. The price was good given that they were wood fired. You could tell the toppings were quality, but they lacked a lot of flavor. The crust was very bland and ordinary. They need to go back to school and add some flavors to the mix. Ethan was a fantastic server and kept our drinks refilled promptly. Items came out super quick. Fryer was closed at the time so I couldn’t order the fish I was wanting. Please add beef to your pizza toppings. This is America, we love beef!

My wife and I went here during the government shutdown and we are so thankful for them providing us a great meal. It was a scary time not knowing if/when I would get paid so getting to eat with my family and get away from it all was amazing. The food was excellent and it all tastes very authentic. You can tell everything is made with quality ingredients. The service was also very friendly. We will definitely always support a restaurant like this that supports the community.

Delicious, as always. Calabrian Rigatoni is a family favorite… but so is the warm ricotta, anything on polenta, chicken parmigiana on angel hair pasta… any pizza… dry rub wings…yum.

Stopped in for a quick pizza and beer. As usual the pizza was great. Knocked off a star for slow bar service. Otherwise, great service by Maddie.

One of the best places to get pizza in Indiana. Really great options, everything felt fresh and perfectly made, and it was a great price. The craft beer selection was nice too. If you’re feeling hungry, the salads and breadsticks are definitely worth it as well.

This is one of my favorite for a few pizzas but I love the Italian style food also served.

Update! The manager is SO sweet and reached out to me. She invited us back for dinner. It was a completely different experience and the pizza was even better! Thank you so much Carlee! Hands down the best pizza we have tried and I highly recommended the gnocchi dessert. —————————————————————- My husband, 8 month old, and I went to Pizzology. We got there at 6:00p.m. and I ordered a glass of wine and my husband ordered a Diet Coke, which we got in a timely manner. I ordered a personal pizza with ground pepperoni, banana pepper and green olive. My husband ordered a personal pizza with pepperoni and banana pepper. Our waitress didn’t write this down and actually came back to the table to confirm my husband’s order. The table behind us got their appetizer, dinner, dessert, check and left before we got asked if we wanted a refill (about an hour and a half into service). My daughter started to get fussy, so at that point, I asked for our dinner to go. When we received our dinner, I checked my pizza and it was wrong. We paid, which also took entirely too long to receive our change and left. We ate our pizza when we got home and it was really good! Wish I had been able to eat it while in the restaurant and it was still warm.

Pizzas are very well made, they are a little burnt at the bottom though. Bread stick were also different, in a good way. Overall great place.

Very tasty! Worth the ride to get this pizza. I moved here from NY and this is the first pizza that I’ve throughly enjoyed since I’ve been here. Breadsticks are delicious too!

Pretty neat pizza joint! The pizza was high quality, but if you're a cheapskate like me, Papa John's may be more up your alley. This would be a perfect, reasonably priced but still not cheap date night! Service was great! Someone I was with insisted on "outdoor" seating (enclosed porch type thing with cool propane heaters), and the way the cards fell, we ended up waiting 45 minutes despite lots of indoor tables becoming available. Oh well 🤷

Sprouts salad was AMAZING! Mushroom risotto was undercooked and really salty. The male host had a great smile and was friendly but service was lacking in a lot of ways.

If you’re looking for amazing pasta dishes, wood fired pizzas, seasonal menus that represent local produce, the best cocktails, an excellent wine list, friendly staff who are happy to serve their patrons, all with a neighborhood feel, Pizzology is the place! It’s family friendly with a great 3 season patio but also has an intimate bar where everyone is willing to move over a seat to add one more!

There are not enough words to describe how awesome the warm ricotta appetizer is!!

Good pizza. Thought it was kinda pricey but I'm not a local and came to find that their prices are comparable to everything else in the area. Would skip the chicken parm next time.
