Pro tip: Use the Nowait app to check if there is a line and to get in line before you leave home! Burgers are great. Good Michigan beer list. (#MIbeer). Pro-tip: get the fried egg runny as a topping. Good bacon too. Update six years later: so they have definitely reinvented their whole theme and menu. No longer do we have the check off your toppings paper with the golf pencils. Some of the burgers are there from years ago and there are several new options for sandwiches as well. Something very new compared to six years ago is that they have pizzas now. The pizzas are kind of old-school. They remind me of something I would’ve had in the 80s. But in this case, maybe they are a little tastier than a classic 80s at home pizza I’ve ordered it more than once so I must like it lol. Burgers are still pretty tasty. Definitely that’s their thing they’re specialty. Fries are always pretty good and the onion rings are particularly good here. Only thing that I have to really complain about is the last several times I’ve been here the train hasn’t been running. I think like real American railroads. It’s been shut down sad, but this is a great place to come. If you’re looking for a classic burger and fries. Pierce section is OK, not quite as good as it used to be, but you can always find something pretty decent to drink here.

I'm giving them a poor experience because of this: I'm a regular and order pretty much the same thing everytime. I normally order the train wreck burger but get their new hot honey sauce added. Now this sauce typically comes on the pizza and the chicken only but it's usually no problem to get it added. They just charge me extra, which I have no problem paying. Today was different I was refused because there was no way to charge me for it because it's not sold separately on the menu even after I explained how it's usually done. and I received it at least 5 times. Well, they just lost a loyal Customer over teaspoon of sauce. ✌🏿👋🏾

Cute little burger bar , tucked away in Berkley! The Great American Cheesburger was fantastic, and though they don't have a huge bar, they do have some great drink options!

Me and my family enjoyed everything about our experience at Bagger Dave’s. Our server Zoe was so professional and so very nice and recommended some great appetizers for us to try. The manager done something you don’t get at a lot restaurants. His name was Ryan and he was walking around making sure everything was good and I really appreciate that. Me and my family will dine there very often. If you have not been there you must go and try them out.

I visited this restaurant for the firs time with my family last month. I've never been to Bagger Dave's restaurant before so I had no expectations. We were greeted and seated immediately. Our server was very nice and explained everything to us once we shared this was our first time. Our food came out as ordered in a reasonable amount of time. The owner came out to speak with us and ask us about our experience. The food was really good, the cocktails were tasty. My dad, sisters, nephew and daughter all enjoyed their food- four generations of folks all loved the place. The prices were reasonable and that atomosphere felt cozy and friendly. The next time I am in Detroit, I will be visiting again. I strongly recommend this location.

Walked in to just get a bite to eat, but wasn’t in the best mood. That instantly changed when I set down and was greeted by Shay! She suggested the pastrami and when I tell you it was so fresh and amazing! Service was great, food was top tier, the manager Ryan even came by asked me about my food and refilled my drink….I WILL BE BACK!!!

This was my second time eating at this restaurant and both times were great. Great atmosphere, great food, and great drinks. I would highly recommend giving this establishment a chance if you are in the area and in need of some good food and drinks!

I’ve been coming to Bagger Dave’s for a few years now with my family for the burgers and shakes and boy is it good every time. The last time I was in there though my server Asia provided me with the best customer service I’ve had at ANY restaurant in a long time. She was very sweet, had incredible attention to detail, and moved with a sense of urgency. Asia really created a memorable experience for me and my family.

This was my first time visiting a bagger Dave’s. I was immediately greeted upon entering the door and seated promptly. Not knowing what to really order I got a burger and fry kept it simple. My server Makoya was really pleasant and made my first visit at bagger Dave’s a good one. The owner Ryan even came out to see how I was enjoying the food and service, refilling my beverage even going above and beyond for customers. I plan on returning again next time in the area to try something new. Thanks for a great service.

$40 for a burger, a patty melt, side salad and side of fries... (Fries were cold.) I got the Trainwreck burger, there were barely any toppings (2 fries, a small dollop of thousand Island, a few strips of lettuce), the egg was undercooked, but at least the patty was good. My girlfriend got the patty melt. She added an egg, also under-done, to the point the albumin was clear. it wasn't a sandwich, just a beef patty on bread. On top of the bread. Like two pieces of bread with meat forgotten on top. It was like the protein was on top of the US embassy trying to catch the last chopper out of flavor town in 1973. The dressing was left underneath leaving a wet spot like it was still toilet training. The egg slumped to the side, a wife of hamburger Burroughs, dying in the Ecuador that was her sandwich. (Her words - can't keep an English teacher from elocution.) The place is cute for a sports bar, but the prices are insane given the quality of food and complete lack of care put into it. Doubt we'll be back, which is too bad given it's right around the corner.

I had such a good time at Baggers Dave’s with my kids. My server Zoe was amazing!!!! I was delighted to have her serve my kids and I. She was friendly, jovial and extremely patient with my not so easy child. Our food was delicious and she made the experience for my kids great!
