Not only did they find BEAUTIFUL stones for my necklace, but they custom ordered every part of the chain to my exact preference to create a piece that's truly one of a kind. When I was disappointed in the clasp size, Gary didn't even hesitate to fix it for me, free of charge. For a small business, they have an absolutely insane network when it comes to stones and sizing, incredible customer service, with the most reasonable pricing I've ever seen. My boyfriend and I were looking for an engagement ring and Gary was so helpful! We had not made an appointment and the store was closing for the day and yet he still spent the time (over an hour) explaining the intricacies of diamond shopping. We went back for a second consultation and Gary again spent over an hour answering all our questions and providing us with all the information we needed to make an educated decision on our purchase. He is very patient and diligent. They had very beautiful pieces available for viewing and Gary even informed us that if we had a specific design we wanted for the engagement band they would be able to make one for us! If you want to go to a place where you can feel comfortable asking any question and taking you time making such a crucial decision, this is the place to go! Great place! They made my purchase of a watch and diamond so easy! They were honest, up front and very comforting. 6 months later after making my purchase there. the Son David Wachler saw me walking by and he came out to say hello to me and made sure i was satisfied with the jewelry that I purchased from them. I couldn't believe that he would actually remembered me and he took the time to say hello. The other Jewerlers in Birmingham weren't as friendly like this family! I always have joked that I found my jeweler before I ever found my wife. As tongue in cheek as it is I found more than someone to do business with I found family. David treats every customer the same no matter how much your budget is. He will get you the absolute best quality product he can. I often catch my wife just staring at her ring in awe and the compliments are endless. I cannot wait to have a lifetime of continued loyalty to Wachler Diamonds.

Went in to have a couple of links removed from a Rolex. They said they didn't have enough staff, so they'd have to send it out, which was fine. However, he looked at my watch and asked if it was a fake Rolex, which was incredibly rude. Even if it was a fake, just do the job requested and take payment after the work. I understand that not everybody has seen a custom Rolex, but insulting a potential customer is bad form. Especially after looking them up and down, then asking if their item is fake. Only Rolex stores can turn away fake Rolex's because they don't want to support that industry, but those same stores can identify genuine without insulting a client.

Very helpful and low pressure sales staff comprised of owners and family. Knew the product very well. Very happy with my new watch and helped me pick a new necklace for my wife that she loved. Bright clean store. Good options to pick from. Even cleaned up my old watch for me! Great addition to the downtown scene.

Gary, David and Sue are amazing! I had them design and make a diamond necklace for my daughter for her college graduation. When it was finished it was even more beautiful than I imagined. Thank you for the beautiful piece, she loves it and wears it a lot.

After badly scratching my Rolex, I took it into Wachler's for a repair/ polish and was amazed at how well they took care of my favorite watch. The scratch was completely removed and I feel like I have a new watch. Thanks guys!!
