My name is Laurie Golden and Dr Mark Jacobson changed my life. I had a thoracic lumbar fusion where my sacrum is pinned to my SI joints(pelvis) plus bone grafts and laminectomies. He was a fabulous surgeon, and I trusted his opinion to do less than the other surgeons had wanted to do. One year later I have zero pain and an incision from a couple inches above my bra on the back all the way down to my tailbone. Dr. Jacobson answered all my questions and concerns and explained my x-rays to me. I am so happy that I used him for my spinal surgery! Although the office is busy, I did not have to wait but a few minutes today for my year’s check up. I used to work as a nurse anesthetist and decided on Dr. Jacobson after getting three other opinions. I think he is one of the best spinal surgeons out there, and really cares for his patients. I was in so much pain in my lower back for years that it got difficult to walk. I am now standing up straighter, and all of my pain is gone. I would write him a 10+ if the ratings want that high!

I saw Dr Jacobson with the recommendation of Dr Sean Conroy. Dr Jacobson explained everything that was the cause of my severe pain and what can be done to help. After reading his bio I feel confident that I’m choosing the right surgeon. Now it’s in God’s hand. I am looking forward to being able to get on with my life after surgery.

Everyone was so nice and compassionate. I had to have my cast replaced three times inside of a week, and each appointment was pleasant. My ‘casting crew,’ Tiffany and Charles, were great with awesome bedside manners - definitely assets to the office. If you make an appointment for first thing in the morning, prepare for a bit of a wait, but trust me, it’s worth it! This office is nothing short of amazing!

Where to start. I hope you like the breadcrumb game where your precious time is wasted. My first visit here there was no parking spots. Many many people were complaining about the wait and repeatedly going to the front to ask how much longer. I arrived 10 minutes early and I had to be somewhere else an hour after my app time. So I asked about how long of a wait. She said 15 to 20 min. 20 minutes go by and I go up to ask about the time. Again many many people were doing the same for all the Doctors there....she said another 20 minutes. I said okay but I can't wait longer than that I have another app. Well that next 20 min came and went...she said probably another 20 minutes. The breadcrumb game. I heard another person go up and complain about the time and that she had to be someone else at a certain time. She too was strung along and said "you guys do this every single visit". So yeah. They are terrible with their times. Never on time. So get ready to wait hours past your scheduled time before actually seeing the Dr. I left before seeing the Dr and I'm going to someone else. If you disregard my time, the most valuable and irreplaceable asset we have, how on earth can I trust you with my health. Zero stars.

Dr. Jacobson is very good. He answers all questions and concerns. He is patient and helpful. I had ACDF surgery in July and was very afraid. He was reassuring. Everything has worked out even better than expected. I recommend Dr. Jacobson. He is a great doctor!

Dr Greene is always professional, positive and very caring. I feel very assured that II am in the best of hands with him. One of a kind doctor. So happy to have him as our surgeon.

Staff was efficient, caring, helpful and supportive. Dr. Alosh explained everything about my upcoming surgery in detail and took all my questions. He too was kind, caring and supportive. He really listened to me and my needs besides being a world class surgeon. I am so relieved.

Our first encounter with Dr. Alosh was in 2022. My husband had hip surgery performed by Dr. Alosh. From the moment we met him we were impressed with his pleasant, personable and professional mannerism. Today for my new patient appointment, I found the office staff to be very kind and helpful. In addition, there was very little wait time before seeing the Doctor. For all the reasons mentioned we are extremely pleased with Dr. Alosh & staff and have recommended numerous family / friends to this practice.

Dr. Green connected so completely with my knee issues, as well as my general well-being, such as weight, loss and exercise successes. While waiting in his office, I got a troubling call about the death of a lifelong friend. He was very compassionate, which I appreciated dearly. Top professional and Dr. in every way.

Dr Greene is phenomenal! I'm a returning patient from double knee replacement surgery. He may take 3 Mos or longer before your 1sr appointment but I promise he's worth the wait! Excellent staff also

Dr. Odeh got right to the point with what I needed to hear, as he was my second opinion. I appreciate doctors that are just NOT about making the money. He was kind and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend him to friends and family.

We saw Charles Reagen at Michigan Orthopedic Surgeons in the after hours urgent care, and the both the care and service were excellent. They got us right into a patient room immediately, and the PA saw us right away. He was compassionate and thorough and has and had excellent communication skills. I was able to have have x-rays right there on site, and the PA identified the problems immediately. The entire staff was caring and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Dr. Sobh was very professional and knowledgeable about my case. His staff members were awesome! They were also very pleasant and professional. They made me feel welcomed. He assured me that my prosthesis were normal. He checked my hip and both of my knees. I am happy to have him as my newest doctor.

Very professional and nice. We were seen at appointment time. PA explained everything very clearly to my 9 year old. We would recommend.

Dr. Kevin Grant is awesome. Great surgeon and very friendly. He has provided information throughout the unfortunate process of fixing my broken arm. I’m glad that despite the accident Dr. Grant was called in and took care of me. I highly recommend Dr. Grant.

I cannot begin to express the appreciation I have for Dr Greene. An excellent surgeon, but more than that, a doctor who cares deeply for each patient and their physical wellbeing. I have lived with chronic pain for 16 years, and he addressed every concern relating to that when having my knee replacement. He is a wonderful human being.

Dr. Greene has always been a fantastic doctor for me! He was there during the most traumatic medical emergency of my life and has always been accessible and caring in my subsequent medical procedures and he treats myself and family as though we are family with care and understanding…which is very important when you are electing surgery, rehab and follow up procedures. I would not have or trust any other doctor/surgeon with my care!

I came in for my 1 year checkup after hip replacement. The appointment was quick, little waiting, and Dr Alosh was great as usual. My hip replacement has been fantastic. I am back to moving around and exercises with no pain or restrictions. I don’t even think about it anymore. Dr Alosh and his team did a great job and I’m very happy with the results.

Wonderful experience with a wonderful doctor, Dr. Greene. He took the time to listen to me and my concerns. A very caring, pleasant and great doctor. Very thorough!! Thank you for all you do!!!!

Nurse practitioner Tara was so amazing with my 4 year old son today. He broke his forearm and had to get a cast and she was so incredibly gentle and wrapped his arm like a pro! She also explained to him and myself of everything she was doing and provided us with much comfort. She also went into detail about the bone he fractured and went out of her way to show the X-rays to me so that I was aware of the situation as there was much confusion. Overall, we had an excellent experience here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an orthopedic specialist. Oh and they also got back to me right away from the moment I first called and they were able to book his apt within a day and just the entire process was amazing. The receptionists over the phone were extremely nice as well! We also were only there at his apt for about an hour tops and half of that time I was filling out required paperwork as you would at any other Drs office for the first time visit.

I had a, very good experience today The wait was short an the x-ray tech was very professional. Then I saw Dr Green. He showed me my x-rays an they look very good . He, reminded me to do the exercises at home to get more mobility. So the experience was great.

A true compassionate physician, when your in the exam room you are his priority, no bums rush , no computer on his lap, he actually looks at you and listens. Then discusses a plan or possibilities that may help. He is extremely skilled and so worth the wait. I would consider no other.

This past week I lost my healthcare due to an employment change and am looking for a new policy that will cover my visits to this doctor. I won’t go anywhere else. He is patient and listens, and took the fastest path to get me out of pain. He is practical & conscientious of my priorities when it comes to my care plan, thorough in his exam and clear in his explanations. I highly recommend him.

Very nice people who work here. I really liked the Doctor, Doctor Sobh. What a nice, kind and compassionate Droctor. My Daughter went to see him last week and really liked him so I went to see him today. I really liked him. Soon my other Daughter will go and see him. We all have knee problems and he is just the man to see!

Dr. Fortin was very knowledgeable and an expert in his specialty. I will pursue my surgery with him. The wait was not timely. I almost left after an hour of waiting. This is a simple situation that can be rectified in my humble opinion. They need to learn to schedule better or not over schedule.

Every aspect of this appointment was 5 star. Promptly checked in, waited in carefully arranged seats so as not to be too close to anyone else and called to an exam room within 10 minutes. The nurse took a quick look at my history, asked about my medications and let me know that Xrays would be taken shortly; which was in the next 5 minutes. The Xrays were quickly processed and read.Dr. Greene came in within a few minutes and spent a the time required to diagnose the problem with my hip and treat it with an injection. His manner with patients is excellent...The only downside to the appointment was that having to wear a mask hides his warm and calming smile! Start to finish ...less than 45 minutes and I am feeling better already.
