We’ve
been
using
this
dentist
office
for
almost
40
years.
We’ve
seen
3
different
dentist’s
through
these
years,
Keys,
Hoste,
now
Ansari.
I
will
say
I
like
Dr.
Ansari
the
best
of
the
three.
Dr.
Ansari
has
an
updated
office,
and
equipment.
One
of
the
issues
I
have
with
my
experience
here,
was
when
I
went
in
for
an
appointment
to
replace
1
crown,
I
was
talked
into
doing
4.
I
should
not
have
had
the
4
crown’s
done,
only
the
one.
One
tooth
has
never
had
any
problems
ever.
I
believe
it
was
a
big
mistake
doing
all
4
when
only
one
tooth
had
an
issue
after
a
fall
last
year.
I
was
told
by
Dr.
Ansari
and
Mia
(his
assistant)
how
much
better
my
smile
would
be
with
all
4
crowns
done.
We
believe
our
Dentist
and
his
team,
and
trust
that
this
isn’t
just
about
padding
his
pocket,
instead
of
taking
care
of
the
patient
with
the
best
care
possible.
I
believe
I
was
failed
in
this
process.
Another
issue
I’ve
had
with
this
office
has
been
billing.
I’m
only
one
patient,
but
have
had
several
problems
with
the
creative
billing
done
by
Brittany.
From
double
billing
charges
to
myself
and
insurance,
not
“finding”
HSA
payment
until
I’ve
asked
4
times,
wrong
amounts
credited
to
my
account
after
insurance
payment,
etc.
you
really
have
to
watch
billing.

does
good
work,
but
will
suggest
more
than
necessary.
Billing
is
questionable.
