I had gone to Dr. Ansari's predecessor for decades and will admit I was concerned about starting with a new dentist when Dr. Hoste retired. I am happy to say I was so happy to realize that Dr. Ansari is an extremely good dentist. My sister and I are long time patients there and he has taken very good care of us. I think Dr. Hoste did a great job in his search for a replacement for his trusted practice. The office staff, some of whom have been around for both dentists are very kind and competent. Brittany is excellent at the front desk. I strongly recommend this dental practice.

This is a magical place. Every single person here is super friendly and makes you feel right at home the minute you arrive. Best staff around. Dr. Ansari has the hands and skills of an angel. He is so talented and makes all of his hard work look effortless. He is kind, explains everything, a wonderful communicator and a very peaceful person to be around. My family of six adore Dr. Ansari and his amazing staff. And three of my young adult children are now working out of state and would not even think of getting another dentist. They schedule their annual check ups around their vacation time at home because we all agree that nobody compares.! This entire practice goes above, and beyond. Thank you for the excellent care.

I can't say enough. Everyone was wonderful, I don't have insurance so, I was given an x-ray that I wasn't charged for. And, the dentist is going to look at my dentures and try to adjust them for me, FREE OF CHARGE, so I can actually try and wear them. I honestly didn't think people like that still existed in this world. I'm beyond grateful and beyond happy that I found Serenity. What a prefect name.

Serenity Family Dentistry has a fine team of associates. They fully explain expectations for my dental care choices. I always look forward to seeing everyone at Serenity. They are happy and excellent professionals.

Had the BEST experience at this office. The office staff was so prepared when it came to making my appointment, confirming, and notifying me of anything needed beforehand. Dental assistants were very kind, comforting, and extremely efficient. When it came to the exam the doctor was gentle and very educational. He explained my treatment throughly and prioritized it so I had a plan in place moving forward. I can’t thank you all enough for helping me with my treatment. I HIGHLY recommend the office!!

Went in for a first time patient exam and cleaning. Staff and dentist were wonderful. I hadn't been to a dentist in almost 3 years so I was a bit stressed going in, but the hygienist and dentist were very patient and made sure that I felt comfortable. Would recommend to anyone seeking a new dentist. *Update*: Recently had 4 temporary crowns put in, Dr. Ansari and the assistant were great, procedure was painless and have had no issues so far.

We’ve been using this dentist office for almost 40 years. We’ve seen 3 different dentist’s through these years, Keys, Hoste, now Ansari. I will say I like Dr. Ansari the best of the three. Dr. Ansari has an updated office, and equipment. One of the issues I have with my experience here, was when I went in for an appointment to replace 1 crown, I was talked into doing 4. I should not have had the 4 crown’s done, only the one. One tooth has never had any problems ever. I believe it was a big mistake doing all 4 when only one tooth had an issue after a fall last year. I was told by Dr. Ansari and Mia (his assistant) how much better my smile would be with all 4 crowns done. We believe our Dentist and his team, and trust that this isn’t just about padding his pocket, instead of taking care of the patient with the best care possible. I believe I was failed in this process. Another issue I’ve had with this office has been billing. I’m only one patient, but have had several problems with the creative billing done by Brittany. From double billing charges to myself and insurance, not “finding” HSA payment until I’ve asked 4 times, wrong amounts credited to my account after insurance payment, etc. you really have to watch billing. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ Dr. Ansari does good work, but will suggest more than necessary. Billing is questionable.

Great dental office. The atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. I have total trust in my treatment and care here.

Dr. Dollar is a really down to earth dentist who makes you feel comfortable through out the whole visit. Front house staff is extremely nice and breaks everything down for you and answers any questions you have!

The hygienist did a good job. The doctor seemed a bit ill-tempered during my visit. Not a healthy vibe. Also, I found the pre-visit text messages asking for medical information more than a little annoying. I would prefer to just do it while waiting for the cleaning.

Everyone one was great and professional. Building is very clean and fresh looking. Love all the windows. It was the first thing I noticed from the other place. Glad your so close to me

Excellent office for those with dental anxiety. I could not be happier with the service and compassion I have received so far. If you’ve been putting off seeing a dentist, this is the place to go. They will even ask you about dental anxiety on your intake forms so that they are prepared for your first visit. Thank you to the blonde hygienist who had her very first day in this clinic on my first visit when my crown fell off- you are one of the reasons I came back!

Dr. Dollar is great-i never feel like he is rushing, this new office is very clean, & all they office staff & hygienists are very friendly & knowledgeable. Lexine did a fantastic job flossing & checking my gums- not painful- thank you everyone!

My teeth feel super clean (Amanda rocks) and as someone with dental anxiety they gave me clear steps to reduce my pain ahead of time and avoid unnecessary dental care which can trigger me. Lastly we have a plan in place for when inevitably an issue arises that we’ve discussed ahead of time. Dr Ansari is kind, and does great work!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was attended to on tine and Dr Dollar and Mary were informative and answered any questions I asked.

It’s always a great experience here. Dr. Dollar and Mary fixed my bridge just in time for the holiday weekend! I will see them again soon because they care.

So friendly and gentle. I've had a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist for years. But I'm back in the game with Chandra and Dr. Dollar. They also treated my mom who has dementia with patience and kindness. She's been talking about it all day.

Going in with anxiety from previous dentist experiences, this place made me feel warm, welcome, and understood. From the minute you walk in, it is a calm environment filled with smiling faces. Very professional and made me feel comfortable in an environment I am normally very uncomfortable in. So blessed to have found this place!

My 5 year old went for his first visit at Serenity. Debbie was soooo good with him and made going to the dentist for the first time fun. She went slow and told him about all the tools she would use and what she would be doing. The dentist was friendly and kind as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my son.

My 6 yo granddaughter is very frightened of doctor and dental appointments. We brought her to Serenity and Dr Ansari and his staff were amazing. She cried going in and by the time finished, she asked if she could come back again. They were gentle, funny, explained each step to her.

I am going to Serenity Family dentistry from this year with my wife. We did annual xm, cleaning, filling, wisdom tooth removal and very happy with the service. Dr Ansari, Nurses and office representatives all are very skillful, caring, and quick responsive. I will strongly recommend this clinic.

Going to the dentist has always been anxiety inducing. However, I've not had a bad experience here. If anything, they've been welcoming and understanding to those of us who have bad dental experiences. Staff is friendly and kind. They're great with my kids too (5+).

Dr. A, the hygienists and entire staff are warm and friendly. They are concerned with your health and well-being. They go out of your way to make sure you are satisfied with your experience. The office is clean. And like the name, serene. Would not hesitate to recommend this office to others.
