Kat has a great table side manner and has a strong sense of what’s going on even if symptoms seem to be somewhat unrelated. I had my first treatment a few days ago for anxiety and body aches. It took about a day or two to fully integrate, but wow! I feel so much better, like I can just breathe easily without focusing my breath to relax myself. Life is much better after just one session. Fully plan on having routine acupuncture as part of my wellness routine!

I started seeing Kat after having two miscarriages and wanting to try acupuncture to help me conceive and stay pregnant. This was of course after seeing doctors and having no explanation for the reason I’d miscarried. During our intake appointment she asked me questions about my cycle length, successful pregnancies, &miscarriages. She gave me insight into how my cycle length may be affecting my ability to stay pregnant. She recommended supplements for me in addition to what I was taking. I saw her weekly, for about a month before trying to conceive on that next cycle. And I got pregnant! I continued to see Kat weekly throughout my first trimester. I then saw her again during my third trimester to help prep my uterus for a VBAC. I successfully had my healthy baby girl and VBAC in Nov 2022. Kat is an awesome acupuncturist! I was skeptical about acupuncture at first but my wife encouraged me to go for my back pain. Since I drive a truck during the day my back always gets very stiff, and at times I feel like a human pretzel! I can barely get out of bed and walk. After just a few sessions with Kat I felt like a new man! I will continue going to her because she is helping me address for several issues when it comes to pain/pain management. I had a very rocky childhood, around 11 years old and 13, I had lung and liver cancer 2x. At that time, we never did PT, after surgery. Years after, I had a ton of scar tissue that built up causing more issues, I was in a motorcycle accident in 2019 also. The accident caused micro tear in my wrist, slap tear in my shoulder right, herniated my L3-L5, tear in my inner quad muscle and micro tear in my ankle. I was a Stubborn young kid that let it go for about a year and I was in so much pain and shutting down from pain all day, I couldn’t sleep at night. I was doing massages, chiropractor and PT, for the accident, for couple years, nothing fixed the pain completely or scar tissue until I met Kat. The process that Kat uses is awesome, she has you fill out a very long and through smart sheet. Are first visit being a long rigorous talk to understand me better. It took me 8 sessions once a week until the pain was disappearing. Now I go every other week and now I’m around once to two times a month. I trusted here process. The rooms are outstanding, from smell, cleanliness, noise level and lighting. Besides the pain, my ringing in my ears are gone, Back pain is gone ( I can sit for hours now), digestion is great, allergies are better, adrenaline is zero to none (the bell going off at the fire house, the shakes from a car accident or getting angry etc...), my headaches in car as being a passenger have improved tremendously, sleep has improved less waking up, she works on my liver from the cancer. She does this E-Stim which activates muscle that will now function appropriately in the body who would have thought. She does fire cupping which has change my body getting rid of the scar tissue and giving me more range of motion in my body and as a fire fighter I need all the motion I can get. Kat is one of the far in-between owners that cares for the clients and doesn’t see a money sign on are head truly blessing there are people like her in the world. As a suggestion I would go see.

Kat is the most compassionate and talented acupuncturist I have ever gone too. I've been practicing acupuncture for 20 years all over the country and I've never met a professional as dedicated and knowledgeable as her. I've been struggling for years to get pregnant, fertility treatments, etc. and nothing worked. It wasn't until I saw a Kat that I was able to conceive a successful pregnancy due this summer. I saw Kat to get pregnant and I have been seeing her have been seeing weekly to make sure that I'm able to maintain this pregnancy as I am advanced maternal age. My OB/GYN was shocked at the results after multiple sessions with Kat. she even made a comment that my ovaries beginning to look like overuse of a 28 year old I'm 40. besides being a miracle worker, she is warm brilliant, and knows everything there is to know about fertility and then some. The best accupuncture treatments and care I've ever received (have tried several providers)! Kat has worked very hard to eliminate my back and shoulder pain from injuries, bone spurs and arthritis. Her clinic is very well done; clean, comfortable and always feels wonderful on her heated beds with nice sheets!!! So grateful I was referred to Kat and very happy to no longer be in constant pain!!!
