Very rude has zero sympathy towards his patients. Daniel Rontal has very bad attitude I would not recommend him to anyone I care for, it was my first visit and let me tell you it was pretty horrible no knowledge of what he is doing will be my last one though. Spend your money somewhere else where u be cared for.

This was my 1st time seeing Dr Rontal and was a little nervous. The staff and Dr. Rontal made this a pleasant visit. I would not hesitate contacting them again should another visit be necessary & would highly recommend Dr. Rontal & staff to anyone looking for a good ENT doctor.

Doctor Rontal was very caring and patient with me and explained to me exactly what needed to be done. What a pleasure it was when I was greeted by so many smiles when arriving. I seriously felt like I was family. What a pleasure my first experience was.

Made sure all my questions were answered, and my husband’s questions as well I saw him for something similar abt 4 years ago. Dr Rontal is the best there is his staff is very sweet , if they say they will get back to you they do promptly. He has called me personally to see how I was doing. He is amazing , other drs should pay attention to his kindness and professionalism !!!!

Dr. Dan is amazing. UofM graduate w/ great bedside manner. Do your own research. Don't listen to TROLL reviewers that have no medical knowledge and think they are paying for things when they actually have government insurance that us tax payers are paying for. Rontel Clinic provides great care. Doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly. But they are a busy office. The front desk window is a bit too awkwardly small to handle more than one person at a time. They will rush you through, so be sure to get your questions answered up-front. But over-all a good experience.

I have never in my life given a bad review. With that in mind along with the probability that Dr Daniel Rontal is a competent specialist, I prefer not to discuss the details. The best conjecture I have found available to me thus far is that he was experiencing an exceptionally bad day. I am glad to see that his business thrives, so that my abstention from approval will not have bearing on his well being.

I was very pleased at this clinic with the staff and Dr. Daniel, I had a terrible sinus infection and a hearing loss, He and staff helped me with both problems. I was in dire need of care quickly. I called and explained the situation and I got in the next day before I had a procedure done today. If it wasn’t for Covid, I would have hugged him. And after they removed a huge buildup up wax in one ear, and I could hear, I felt like running out of there screaming ….yeah, I can hear, need I say more🥰 God bless him and his medical team💕

I explained the purpose of my visit to the MA, Gabby. She knew the procedure Dr. Rontal would do and prepped me. Dr. Rontal came in, asked about my visit, examined my larynx and told me there was nothing unusual. He recommended a CT of my sinuses.

Great, if you’re planning to go for hearing aids. The audiologist was very thorough as well as nice. I came to see the ENT. He barely spent five minutes or so with me.
