For Hamtramck location: Dr. Chamas and Dr. Ghazala are both wonderful. Their examinations are thorough, and they take great care to provide solutions. I also felt that everything was discussed and explained to me so well! Two takeaways- I do wish that an effort would be made to make the office more up to date and more sanitary. I know patients would feel more comfortable if there were a little bit of TLC put into the environment there. And secondly, it’s clear that most patients wait an hour or more from their scheduled appointment time, even if they arrive early. Can anything be done to limit over-booking or resolve whatever else may be causing these wait times? Many patients are elderly, disabled, or in pain, and having to wait for so long can be very difficult. ❤️

The doctor is great but they are too slow and do not value other people’s time. They appoint people a time, and keep them waiting more than an hour and then call people to go inside and then keep them waiting inside also, ridiculous!!!!

Friendly, caring and knowledgeable staff and doctor. Clean office. No long waiting. I will recommend them to anyone.
