Passing thru on a road trip and found this gem of an Italian restaurant. Salad bar and soup were amazing and the gnocchi is amazing!!!

It is one of the better Italian places in my area, which is saying something since the area is populated with Italians. The lasagna is really tasty. The pizza is A tier. The garlic bread is a bit weak, so get the Formaggio sticks instead.

Coming from Bethalto where Roma's pizza is King, I was absolutely happy with their pizza, service was fantastic, and the salad bar was nice. Would definitely recommend, the friend chicken was very good as well. An all you can eat salad bar and home made soups will make your day !!

We love pizza hot and fresh. The employee was super nice. But the elder people was not just looking like what is black people doing in this restaurant

Food was great and staff was wonderful! I had the spinach tortellini and it was delicious! Definitely reccomend stopping in if you have time!

Love love love this place. Best place to eat in Staunton. The staff are so friendly, and the owners make sure everyone knows they’re welcome and appreciated. My family and I especially love Ms. Cathy’s scratch-made soups on the amazing salad bar, but my go-to is their spaghetti.. the meatballs are delicious.

Simply said, their Chicago style pizzas are the best anywhere! The staff are friendly and efficient, and the ingredients are always fresh to the taste. For a small town venue, they do such an authentic and impressive job on every level. I highly recommend Cavataio's as the place to get your authentic Italian fix.

I was travelling from Minneapolis and found this GREAT place to eat. It was the best baked tortellini I have had. and the service was wonderful.
