The place has great potential but several issues to work out. My experience: Parking was easy but it is not free. It's $18.00 per night, which is not too bad for parking in a secured access facility ( I guess the extras are extra at Drury now, unlike the old days). There is parking outside along the streets also. Check in was quick and easy. The lady at the desk could've been a little friendlier. I almost felt like I had disturbed her. The other people at the desk at other times and at breakfast were all nice and welcoming. The breakfast was good - just the basics - sausage, eggs, biscuit, gravy and fruit. Coffee was good and piping hot. Only complaint is that there was no bacon. Also, they may want to think about having their TV on something besides ESPN at 7 AM. Literally nobody wants to watch ESPN early in the morning. Put it on the news or weather, which would be especially good for those of us who are traveling. My room was spacious and comfortable. The mattress was not very comfortable, but it wasn't terrible either. The TV was a little cumbersome to use as the response time was slow when a channel was pressed, making it take a long time to flip through the channels. They have free wine and alcohol at 5:30 pm. The bartender was nice. Apparently they have no housekeeping. If they do, they skipped my room. Fortunately I was only there 2 nights. Housekeeping should be DAILY and AUTOMATIC. No excuses. No exceptions.

Great location. Free breakfast and dinner every day. Food isn't stellar, but it's free 🤷 Nice pool, but the hot tub is on the cool side especially when the kids are playing with the button to turn on the bubbles. The water coming from the jets is not heated 🥶

The Drury Inn at Union Station was amazing! We chose it because we had previously stayed in one in another location and loved it too. At the Drury, you get free breakfast, snacks from 4 to 8 and a happy hour from 5 to 7:30 that includes 3 free drinks and free food. You could make a meal out of what they called snacks, perfect for those wanting to save some money. The rooms were very clean and comfy. They had a private gated parking deck for guests, as well as a pantry and a pool. I'm sure there was a fitness center too, but I didn't visit it. Lol. This particular Drury is within spitting distance to the Ferris Wheel at Union Station. I highly recommend the Drury Inns and will always look for one when I'm traveling!!

Location was great, but that's about it! Rooms were decent, could probably use some sprucing up. Dinner options were not the greatest, plates and silverware were not completely clean, and the evening staff was very unfriendly. The breakfast options were more suitable and the morning staff was great! Sarah Thompson helped me check out, and was by far the friendliest employee I encountered. The low rating is entirely due to the evening staff and cleanliness of the hotel.

Wonderful hotel! We normally stay at the Arch Drury, which is great as well, but this location is just as good! Teresa, our front desk check in staff, was so sweet and went above and beyond to honor a room request! We so appreciate it! Customer service is a lost sentiment nowadays, but Drury's still got it! Will definitely be back to this location! 👍👍

Mixed review here. The room was very small. There was a single elevator going up 7 floors. Had to call 2x to request extra pillows and the person all but threw them at me when she dropped them off at the door. Good location. Breakfast was good. Free drinks during happy hour. The best Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at is below the hotel!

I loved their 'happy hour' from 5:30 to 7:00 with free food and 3 cocktails per person. Both good and drinks were very good. Also, the free breakfast was very good; with a lot of selections. Free popcorn and coffee/hot tea in the lobby! There are a lot of cable channels! I will definitely come back if I come down to stay around Union Station.

Had a wonderful stay, perfect location for what we needed parked in garage and didn't need are car for the rest of weekend. Enjoyed the the snack's in the evening the 3 free drinks not so much but hey can't have it all right. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it. Highly recommend. I wish we had made it down to the bar/ restaurant but maybe next time. So if you're going to Union station and want to stay close this is your spot walk right at the front door and your there.

Stayed here a couple weeks ago and this is my favorite Drury Inn in the St. Louis area. Staff are very welcoming and accommodating. Shout out to Unique at the front desk and Shirley Ann at breakfast, you girls made my day with your pleasant attitudes! The location is great, many things to do within a short walking distance. Evening kickback and breakfast buffet did not disappoint. It was a very pleasant and relaxing weekend and we look forward to our next stay.

Parking is the best. The staff is very friendly. The room isn't huge, but clean. Tori in the evening dining area was very helpful and friendly. The women who make breakfast are also very kind. The front desk guy and gal are very nice. The cleaning staff does great.

Amazing location!!! Beautiful restored old building that embraces the railroad heritage of the area. We love Drury Inn because the breakfasts and evening kick-back dinners are free and amazing! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. We will 100% be back.

This Hotel and experience was amongst the best I have ever had. The rooms are clean and a decent size, beds were comfortable. Room included free full breakfast in dining area and an evening kick back in their lounge which included a few free drinks and finger foods. The premises was well kept and had high guest security which required room keys to enter any main door at night. The pool and jacuzzi were heated and they provided pool side towels adjacent to the pool. They had a small room that was called the market which had soda, water, beer and wine as well as microwave meals, ice cream, chips, candy and travel items that may have bee forgotten. You pay for purchases at the front desk. I loved this as the selection was greater than the usual vending machines. The staff that greeted us upon arrival was friendly and gave us property information pertinent to our stay. It was moderately priced and affordable. The building itself was directly across from Union Station. It's front doors open to a view of the Ferris Wheel originally from the first world's fair in Saint Louis. The Hotel, originally a YMCA was built in the early 1900,s and they did an incredible job of keeping the original architecture which is amazing. They also portray the original building via historical photos throughout the lobby.. Is a beautiful building, they simply do not bother to make things like this today or to add the ornamental extras that were added back then. Beautiful Hotel and a great vacation I highly recommend this Hotel!!!

Mediocre hotel that needs some renovation real bad. Not worth it for the price. It has all the amenities, rooms are fairly decent, but restroom need updating. The bed lamp light knob was busted and the shower knob was also extremely Hard to pull up. They have the evening social, but it’s all well liquor and two beers. Breakfast is the usual sausages, eggs, potatoes, waffle maker, cereal, breads and coffee. The place was packed to the gills, and the food wasn’t appetizing. Don’t take your wife downstairs before checking out the spread. The people that work here are AMAZING and very helpful. They make this place tick. But the whole ordeal was painful, I won’t be coming back. Am glad I’m staying at another establishment tonight after the concert.

Clean, conveniently located next to Union Station and a good price point. The rooms were very small and ours had a window overlooking the courtyard/pool area. The elevator was quite busy and slow. Breakfast was crowded, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The indoor pool makes the entire first floor smell like a pool. Good for families.

I stayed at The Drury Inn Hotel at Union Station recently and found the staff to be excellent at customer service. All the staff I encountered were polite, courteous and knowledgeable about Hotel and St Louis in general. They serve a full breakfast and the evening is kick back has a variety of hot items to eat and the food is good. The room was clean and very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in St Louis. 👍🏾🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟‼️

Always the best !!! Drury never fails me with wonderful front desk staff and the entire team is friendly and helpful. I feel like I'm at home!!! I can't think of everyone's names but they ALL go above and beyond. Kick back is always delicious and the breakfast was yummy! It was really busy last weekend and the staff kept the area fully stock and clean. We always return because NO question about the experience because it's always great!!! Thanks Regina and everyone at this location!!! SEE you all soon!!!

This was my second stay, but fist stay post Covid. I was happy to see Happy Hour still exists! Food and drinks each night were nice, and a hot breakfast every morning. The rooms were adequate, clean, and quiet. On-site parking in the garage behind the building felt very secure each night. If you’re in town to hit the tourist spots, this hotel is conveniently located in the center of just about everything. The staff were welcoming and very attentive.

We’re here for two nights it has been lovely the rooms are clean and comfortable, bit cold and heating makes a lot of noise Housekeeper did a great job this morning Staff are all friendly but feel Andrew on reception goes the extra mile and is so good at his job , I said I didn’t like elevators and he quickly changed our room to a lower floor. We saw him working busily in all areas and still smiling 😊 Loved the 5-30 “kickback” drinks and food Breakfast was plentiful and good All in all a great place to stay and oozes history beautiful building 😊

I stayed here as a member of a group that was in St. Louis for a national conference of college students. The majority of the hotel guests were young adults and while we behaved respectfully, I’m sure it was overwhelming for the hotel staff to have so many young people at once! Nevertheless, this hotel constantly had phenomenal service!! All the staff were extremely kind and helpful to us and always had a smile on their face. We felt extremely welcome and taken care of. A shout out to Bonita for her always joyful energy, even at 6:30 in the morning!

Great location! The happy hour is amazing treat. The room didn’t have working heat/air conditioning. Not even a fan. The food was so-so but it’s included in hotel price so expected. I asked for an extra blanket and was told they didn’t have any. Every other hotel has this as an option.

Loved the stay here, interesting history to the building and staff were VERY friendly. The room had an Amazing view of Union Station, and it was comfy:) The snacks/food I'm the evening was well.kept and the alcohol drinks were solid. I would highly recommend asking for a corner room facing Union station if you have the chance, well worth it!

Such a clean, convenient place! Stay has all been super friendly! Directly across the street from Union Station also there is complimentary breakfast, dinner and mixed drinks! We will now always search for a Drury Inn first!! <3

Don't forget to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking a hotel. This website will compare hundreds of booking sites and usually will have rooms much cheaper compared to others! You're welcome haha :)! Good breakfast and dinner with drinks included- with a family of 5 this made for an affordable getaway to St. Louis. The staff was so kind and happy- as a business owner it makes me think they are treated well. Clean, great location. Would stay here 100 more times.

We recently stayed here and it was fabulous. The feel of the vintage YMCA was apparent. The best part of the entire stay was the staff. Every single person I encountered was exceptional in their customer service skills. Whoever hires and trains these folks needs to clone themselves! It was a pleasure to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay. Showed up in town earlier than expected and was able to check in early. The staff was amazing!! So kind and helpful!!! Room was extremely clean, and I am very picky!! Bathroom was nice, good lighting, lots of counter space, clean, hot water and good water pressure! The 5:30 happy hr was great, delicious variety of food and drinks. Free with stay, each adult 3 free drinks and free soft drinks. We could have made a dinner of it for sure. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've ever had! We were in town to attend a concert at Enterprise Center. It was about a "3 block" walk. Very well lit and felt very safe walking over and back very late!  Hotel doors and parking garage were key card entery. Free parking,  $50 room deposit that drops off after 48hrs, I was told. Would definitely stat again! Very impressed!!

Rooms look great online and the location is perfect. But I disliked the service. I called the front desk upon arrival of this city to ask if they had any rooms available. The concierge said they did have rooms available. Then told me to book it online, she sent me a link and at the very end of completing the booking process the website displayed a "something went wrong" message. I decided I would just head to the hotel anyway and book it in person. I get there and recognize the voice of the lady who spoke with me on the phone. She stared at me like she was annoyed. I ignore it and say, "hello, I'm interested in booking a room for 2 nights". She starts walking away from the counter and says, "we don't have any rooms available". I thanked her and left. Didn't get her name but it was an older woman with glasses and a buzz cut.

2 nights. Clean but aged room. They did not make up the room after the first night. Very generous breakfast and evening meal perk. Surprisingly good, or at least plentifully - included beer. Excellent staff. Convenient to Bush Stadium, a short tram ride away.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Every one of them so nice. They really made you feel like they wanted you there! Room was super clean, and we even arrived 2 hours early because we thought road conditions were going to be worse. The lady at the front desk wasnt even upset and made sure to find us a room that was cleaned for us! I will 10/10 stay here with my family again!

The employees here are all fabulous! Fallon and Unique at the front desk were amazing and so accommodating. Room décor could maybe use some updating, but I was not there to see the décor. The rooms were clean and the beds comfy. The location is right across from Union Station and a short walk to enterprise stadium.

We recently stayed here for our second wedding anniversary and had a wonderful experience. When we weren't happy with the view from the room they had us in the staff went out of their way to move us to a much better room with a stunning view of the ferris wheel and union station. They even brought champagne to our room for a special added treat. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel overall was gorgeous with lots of historic original features. We will definitely be back and we can't wait!

First time staying at a Drury, but it won't be the last. Check-in was quick and easy. The GPS instructions to the hotel were a little off. We ended up parking along the street before realizing the parking garage has 15 minute parking for check in. While parking isn't free, it's a secure parking garage and worth it. You have to have your room key with you to exit or enter the garage. The only downside is the exit is a blindspot and you can't see if someone is coming down the sidewalk. Rooms were nice. I loved that there was a historic element to the lobby. Pool was clean and there were always clean towels out on the tables. Breakfast was usual breakfast items, but a wide variety (biscuits & gravy, sausage, eggs, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, waffle maker, etc). Best perk was the kickback every night from 530p-7p! Every night was different food and was nice to come back if we didn't want to eat out for dinner. Plus adults get 3 free alcohol drinks a night. Definitely would stay again!

Breakfast was amazing. Rooms and pool were great. Happy hour drinks and snacks were 10/10. I could not believe the service and the food at the price we played. Walking distance to the aquarium, walking distance to Busch Stadium and arch. Short drive to zoo. Perfect location with cheap parking too.

Checked into our room at like 12:20 pm way early. Went In and dropped off luggage and turned the ac down from 75 to 69. Left for the afternoon to union station. Came back around 4 to swim and the room was at 76. Swam, left for dinner then came Back and it’s 76 still. Nowhere near comfortable. Went to the front desk and the lady was rude, asked to be moved or have someone look at ac and she basically blew us off. For such a nice hotel it has sh*t service and terrible room climate control. Asked if she could at least give us a fan while pointing at the one behind the counter that wasn’t in use and she said sorry not my issue. Yea rooms were clean and nice being close to stuff but don’t waste your time or $$$. I’d really like a refund but clearly won’t happen with the rude service here

Spent the weekend here and already booked the next stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast had plenty to choose from and the "Kick backs" in the evening are awesome, plenty of kid friendly options. The rooms are nice and clean, despite how old the building and area are it is very well maintained. Right across the street from Union Station, was easy to go back and forth, also everything is fairly well lit and heavily traveled so it felt safe even late at night.

We had a recent wonderful stay here at Drury Inn, St Louis. Fantastic location, walking distance to great restaurants, the soccer stadium, the aquarium, and the metro. The nicest, most accommodating staff ever. Our volleyball team stayed here and needed to use their meeting room for group delivery meals and team meetings, store luggage, no problem. Very accommodating, front desk open 24/hours - so nice- received Instacart. We really appreciate all and will stay here again! Needs some renovating, but it was clean so not a big deal.

Great location within walking distance of several attractions such as the Arch and Enterprise Center. Enjoyed the hot breakfast each morning. Did not get the chance to try out the evening "kickback" time as it conflicted with evening events. Overall an enjoyable experience.

A venerable old railroad worker's hotel that's great on atmosphere. Breakfast buffet was good but could have been better with real butter instead of margarine. The rooms were a little small, but the experience of the history was worth it.

Love this place! Been here a number of times and it is Drury at its best. Staff are friendly and accommodating. The kick back and breakfast (even at 9:45am bringing out biscuits on a Sunday accommodating 😊). The little restaurant/ bar downstairs is fun too. Will be back again on another STL trip!

Andrew Rosenthal is an amazing GM!! He knows what Customer service is. If you look up the definition of Customer Service, his picture should be right beside the definition. We had issues with our Air Conditioning in our Suite's room, and he immediately attempted to fix it. When it didn't work, I asked if we could just get a fan, and he got right on it. He compted our stay, because our air conditioning wasn't working. We had a hard time accepting that, but he insisted. Then we needed extra pillows and linens for our kids, Andrew got right on it. We tried to tip him, and he refused because he's all about his guests having the best stay. Andrew deserves a raise, and an Award!! Again, Thank You Andrew for making our family's stay amazing, we will be returning and spreading the good word!!

Beautiful historic building. Clean comfortable rooms. The parking garage is right next door. Excellent service. The breakfast was the same every day but it was delicious and the dining area was spotlessly clean. Enjoyed the two free evening adult beverages , popcorn, and soft drinks. Convenient walking distance to Enterprise Arena. It was not unusual for the GM, a member of housekeeping, or front desk employee to ask if we were enjoying our stay and if there was anything we needed. Outstanding hospitality.

I was in town for a conference at Union Station. Phenomenal stay! Amazing breakfast options and happy hour is top tier! Great service and workers. Clean and comfortable bed, nice view of US at night. Limited elevator access depending on what side you're staying on was my only complaint.

Layer of dust on ice bucket lid makes you wonder how clean things are if they can't wipe off a lid. Bathroom sink drain was very slow. Room was warm, set to 70 around 4pm, next morning at 9am, it was only 72. Started at 76 when checked in. Beautiful old building. I expected better cleaning and maintenance for the money.

This hotel is just so cool. You can imagine how it was used for railroad workers when it was built because they have maintained the integrity of the building and the renovations are fantastic. Rooms are standard but very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Staff is wonderful. Free breakfast buffet, evening snacks and drinks are awesome. I would come here again in a heartbeat!
