If you have alot of time and shipped in FROZEN, not fresh donuts are your thing...then you'll love the place. The only thing they do in store is place their shipped in icing on thawed out donuts. All their food items are microwaved...IF YOUR LUCKY! My croissant sandwich was still cold on the inside, where the meat and cheese is, and burning hot on the outside. Bagel bites were the same way. The employees were young and playful, the store wasn't well kept. Too many employees playing around that needed to be cleaning. They should start by cleaning the glass on the entry doors🤮or handling the overflowing trash can at the entrance, or by picking up trash and wiping up the dining lounge area. First impressions are important. This will be my last purchase from this corporate food factory. I will stick with local bakeries from now on. No wonder they have to push coupons.

Ive been a regular at this location for a few months now, all of the workers were so friendly and always remembered my order. However a couple of days ago they fired all their staff and replaced them with some randos. This Dunkin will never be the same and i can’t say i’ll be returning.

This Dunkin store is under brand new management and the new owner is absolutely AMAZING! From the moment you walk in you are treated like you matter. You're greeted with a smile and a "hi". Every single employee is smiling, hustling, and acting like they truly like their jobs and are happy to be there and happy to serve you. The donuts are fully stocked no matter what time of the day it is and they're fresh, coffee is fresh and hot, tables and dining area are clean and the floor is swept and moped. Great job!

very rude and yelled at me when they messed up my order and had attitude with me for no reason. this was on Wednesday at 6:56 am NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

Dunkin' is my all time favorite donut shop, but NOT this location. I was the only one in line indoors. Had to wait for all the drive through to order & be served before I was waited on which was about 15mins! Was charged over $2.50 for 1 plain donut, and a cup of water. Won't be back. Don't think that girl knew what she was doing, but I'll go to other locations that I'm used to.

Without a doubt the slowest drive thru coffee shop around. I’ve been in line for 30 minutes and write this review while in line. They are only taking one drive thru order at a time and then waiting about 5-8 minutes before taking another order. Absolutely ridiculous. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. Headed to scooters now!

I'm kind of amazed, this used to be one of the slower locations in the area, but it seems like within the past few months it's gotten so much better. Everyone seems super friendly and the coffee has been great.

I had a friend tell me, I must try their ice coffee. They were not wrong. OMG the ice coffee was absolute heaven!!! I added cake batter sweetener and whole milk. I'm in love!!! I also got a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. It was ok, kinda bland in taste. I will definitely be back for more ice coffee!!!

I swing by here and grab a coffee on most days in for work. I don’t think I’ve been there longer than 1-2mins any time. Great location, fast service.

There must have been a change in management or something because this place used to be so difficult and now I can get through the drive thru in less that 5 minutes!!! The staff are so friendly, my coffee is consistently correct, and food is fresh and hot!! Loving this change so much!! Keep up the great work!

I've been a regular at this location for years because it's the closest location to my house. Before the last few months my order was CONSISTENTLY messed up... Wrong milk, forgot the sweetener, asked for no ice and they gave me extra ice, etc. The workers were friendly, but weren't great at their job. HOWEVER. They must be under new management lately, because the moment they hired on these new workers a few months ago, I've had a night and day difference in service! My order has never once been messed up, I've never waited more than 3-5 minutes for my drink, and every single one of the workers goes above and beyond for all of their customers! I recently forgot to order milk with my drink and the worker saw it on my face when he handed it to me and asked what was wrong, I was willing to just take my drink home and add milk when I got there because it was my fault, but he immediately said "Let me fix it!" And immediately fixed my drink and had me try it to make sure it was right. Another time I ordered on the app literally seconds before arriving at the window, and they already had my drink ready and in hand out the window by the time I arrived. Now, whenever I go out, I will go out of my way to get coffee at this location because I am so impressed with their service and friendliness. Keep it up!!

The new management makes the total DIFFERENCE. Food is always HOT and they syrup the drinks correctly. If you had issues in the past here, I would give them another chance. It's like it's a whole new coffee store. A+++ to the new management and workers.

Not only did it take over 30 minutes for my pick up order, the shift manager was very disrespectful to all customers waiting and there was zero customer service from any of the other staff. The drive-through seemed to be working just fine however anyone that was inside to pick up things were treated very poorly. Unfortunately, by the time the order was ready, the items were lukewarm, and my sandwich did not even have all of the basic ingredients. Very disappointing.

Visited on a Sunday at 10am, went in the store, it was open but was told I couldn't order anything and had to go through the drive thru to order and get food/drinks but could bring it back in to eat... Huh? What? That makes no sense. They were out of a lot of items, out of long John's, original glazed, fritters, cinnamon rolls, only had the ones that are not popular in my opinion. Went the breakfast sandwich route, out of a couple of breads, got the sandwich in sourdough instead, egg was half the size of the bread, ended up throwing half away. Got hash browns, they were the coin type but all mashed together like thawed and just grabbed in a handful and mashed together and full of grease, threw them away too. For $27 should have gone to IHOP. 3rd bad experience here so won't be back, sorry.

Came in for my morning coffee.. the service was great, the coffee was hot, staff was very pleasant. Nice location.

This place has gotten better. I just don't want to be told how a drink should be made as opposed to how I order it to be made.. My money, my choice..correct?

I used to love going to this dunkin location but unfortunately their quality has gone down drastically. Almost everytime my order has been wrong, the drive through ridiculously long and some of the employees working the drive through were very rude-like i was shooketh how unapologetically rude they were when i mentioned they gave me the wrong order. Like I can understand the frustration of being short staffed or working late (i used to work in food service )but please dont take it out on your customers. Definitly wont be coming back to this dunkin location.

Sat in drive-thru for 30 minutes to get iced coffee and order of hashbrowns. Coffee tasted good, but whipped topping was completely melted into coffee & hashbrowns were not fully cooked and cold. I hardly ever go to Dunkin' and am not sure if this normal, but I think if I go again I will try different location.

This is the worst Dunkin' donut location I've ever been to. I sat in the drive-thru for 40 minutes and still there was two cars in front of us. Had to go somewhere else. Ridiculous!! This has happened multiple times

Denied service. To get a donut we need a mobile order. Write it outside your store. There are tons of stores I can take my business. This is worst service I ever had at Dunkin’ Donuts. Both stores on highway K are the worst.

I placed my order for coffee at 602. 6:02. I tried several times to go back and one time someone said no one was in there. The second time some lady caught my attention and shook her head and pointed at the store like go figure no one was in there. Dunkins used to be good, I enjoyed the coffee now I’m over it. And won’t be ordering from them again. If your not going to be at work on time then change your hours because that’s a constant problem too. Do better dunkins.

I found the redheaded employee to be very rude and uncaring that she made the drink incorrectly. When she was told about it she fixed it but went overboard in the correction.

Since the time the management has changed this place has gotten better.The new staff is amazing and fast any best coffee.

Approximately 11 am on Saturday 10/15 we walked in. Stood by register to give our order. It was a couple minutes before an employee came by the register. She was getting a coffee. Looked at us, never acknowledged us. Walked away. I even stepped around the end of the counter to be more visible. In the meantime, another employee was loudly complaining about someone’s drive through order, as she was moving in front of us. Again, never acknowledged us. Finally, a third employee came to the register to take our order. While waiting for our order, it appears an evening crew member came in. The same employee that was complaining earlier began to berate the evening worker for not doing all the dishes. Finally, a doordash driver came to pick up an order. When inquiring to the order, he was offhandedly told she was behind in drinks and walked away.

Usually pretty quick with my online app orders and typically correct. They were out of my drink flavor but I switched when I got in line and only waited a few extra minutes.

Staff were very fast and efficient. Donuts and avocado toast were exceptional. Iced frozen coffee drink was delicious..

the snackin bacon and hash browns are so crispy and delicious! they used to not be crispy and i would be disappointed but now it’s crispy and addicting!!! always fast service and polite and good customer service

I Doordashed food and drink from you guys, and my donut was supposed to have sprinkles but didn't, it also was upside-down in the bag. And what I'm most upset about, is that you guys didn't toast my sandwich when I ask for it to be toasted. The coffee was good, though.

Have to love when you walk into the lobby on a slow Sunday morning only to be told they are doing mobile orders only. Really? There's 5 of you back there...doing nothing currently. And every donut rack is fully stocked...WTH?

They make drinks fine once then stop making it the same way, I ordered a moca latte and it barely had any moca in it.
