I was the only one in the waiting room . I needed a drug test. I filled the form out when I sat it on the counter the two ladies debated on who would grab it. I sat for another 20 minutes and two more people came in..they started addressing them..at that point a guy was back there with both ladies. he saw me growing inpatient and asked if one of them could do my urine test..they both walked out from behind the counter out of sight and neither gave me the test. I sat another 10 minutes and finally the guy called me to do the test. They were completely unprofessional in conversation and neither lady seemed to want to work..sitting on top of office furniture and gossiping but reluctant to do their actual job. I was actually in fear that my urine specimen would be tampered with because of the unprofessional behavior and the guy saw that I was clearly upset.

i’ve been here twice and each time i’ve regretted going. the helpers at the front desk are super rude and always say “it’s gone be 3 hours!!” and act like it’s killing them that people didn’t come at the time THEY wanted them to. after they scared everyone off and asked me 1001 times if i was okay with the wait, they all retreated to another room and aren’t even manning the desk. the doctors and healthcare professionals are cool, the staff? NEED TO GO.

The front desk lady was rushing me with everything and being rude. The lady who did my drug test was rushing me also and being very pushy with everything. She said if I wasn’t able to urinate right away that I would have to wait 3 hours before I could try agin and she said are you sure if not ima have you go sit in the waiting room for three hours before you try agin. That wasn’t realistic and I felt disrespected. They had no reason to treat me the way they did and I just wanted to get out of there or go to a different location. They were both sitting there chatting it up and laughing loudly talking about how they couldn't wait to leave work because they were tired of doing their job.

Great customer service. Went in for a job physical it was a bit of a wait but once in the back they got me in and out. Mr D was great.

The women behind the desk had a very bad attitude, not towards me, but with the people on the phone, it was very unprofessional the way they were talking to the customers over the phone. The lady took my pee for a drug test. She did not use gloves when touching my cup, which was very unsanitary being that she doesn’t know if I was effective with anything and she continued to touch on other objects in the office, spreading the germs, I was disgusted

They were short staffed that day but Monica was awesome! I cannot recall the name of the young lady at the counter and her hair covered her name badge. But she was friendly helpful and efficient. I have been there multiple times but this was the best visit. Excellent.

When I arrived there was no greeting. They went straight to asking what I was there for and to fill out this paper work. They never verified who I was with the paperwork. I understand it was close to closing but a friendly hello would have been nice. I gave it a 3 star because the man that gave me the test was super friendly and down to earth. He was the only one that showed me good service. I took it upon myself to show my ID to them to verify my identity. When other people arrived they greeted them, not sure if it was because they knew them, but it was rude.

They have very poor customer service skills . The laid at the front counter was veer rude and disrespectful. I made it there too take an drug screen at 4:30 the Lady kept screaming at me where closed more than 5x as if I didn’t her . My reply was ma I hear you. Then I said to her I thought you all close at 5:00 pm. She replied yes we do and you have to come back tomorrow smh I think this concerta should be closed down every time I go there for drug screen or anything it’s the same disrespectful attitude and etc . I advise no one to go to this concerta

Their professionalism was beyond the standard requirement. This was one of the best clinics I have been too, and I look forward to visiting here again.

Trash. To busy worried about the type of mask I had on, than my well being. I see so many just work for checks not people it's really sad.

Office was very clean,staff was courteous and very knowledgeable, and they have unbelievably fast service, the staff and doctors there make you feel comfortable and heard , this is a well organized operation in the heart of the city, I'd definitely going again if the need arises

Very bad customer service, no professionalism, slow... while I was there another patient had just completed his drug test he paid for it out of pocket. He kept stating that he needed the company name on the bill. They told him he couldn't do that. So he leaves and comes back about 5 minutes later and was saying that they put the wrong number on his paper and was still saying something about the company name so he gave his cell phone to the female working the front, she then gave it to her boss. He didn't see when she gave the phone to the boss he politely asked where is his phone. And she responded "boy my boss got yo phone, don't nobody want to phone, whooo don't start with me today". No type of professionalism anywhere just ghetto and embarrassing

I came for a escreen and DOT physical. Omni Simmons was working at the front desk. She asked to see a barcode and while I was scrolling on my phone to find a barcode and show her she disrespectful took my phone and said "Damn girl it's right there!" I responded "My bad i dont know how to do your job." Then showed me the supposed abrcode was actually a number on the form, not an image of a barcode like most people in the public would assume. Omni Simmons has a nasty attitude, poor customer service and touching my personal property without consent. Not to mention the staff in the background and their unprofessional gossip.last time is came here another lady was sharing HIPAA protected information about a woman having an STD as a conversation amongst the staff and in front of all the people present. That's a violation of the law and they treat it like an entertaining form of gossip. I'm never using Concentra again since this is how their employees represent this company. This location specifically is the worse one to go to.

Went for a DoT drug test. Pissed in the bottle. The lady then looked at the sheet and slammed her fist on the desk and got mad. She blamed it on me and said I was being sneaky. Raised her voice at me over the counter when I was in the waiting room. Blaming it on me for her not knowing how to do her job.

No issues, went in, did the proper paperwork, they had about 20, people in the building as well doing the same thing as me, drug screens.. quick, prompt, and friendly. One of the employees stood out beyond the others, she was quick and professional and still held a casual conversation with you leaving you smiling.. I regret not getting her name tho.

The lady at the front desk was really rude. She talked to me as if i was one of her little friends on the streets. Rushing me also. I just hate that when you go to some businesses in the hood they act as if they have no class or good customer service. I shouldn't have to go out in far county just to get good customer service.

The front desk clerk was very nice and had great customer service. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Location was clean and all the staff was amazing!

Everybody was super nice and courteous. Just couldn’t believe it took 3 1/2 hours to do a physical and drug screen.

The staff were very engaged with their patients. I personally liked the staff and they made a long visit fun to experience! I forgot I was at the doctors office 😂😂

The customer service was not good. Slow service, employees were cursing and had no patience. I will use a different location next time.

Concentra on broadway definitely deserve ten stars but the highest I can only give is five. The employees are definitely professional and respectful. Thank You!

The workers there are nice, and professional. There’s a older black man that did my eye exam was GREAT.

My visit was for a physical, drug screen, and bloodwork. The process was quick and easy. All of the staff were great! From check in to leaving it was a good experience.

There air was not on in the lobby and it was just as hot inside the building as it was outside. There was double the documentation, I had to fill out the same information online and on paper…as I was there for a work physical.

Came here for a drug test. When I got here there were 5 people in front of me. Signed in at 1:36 pm. At 2:36 pm was asked to sign in again. 3 people who came in after me were taken in before me. You would think for a simple drug test you would be taken in quickly.

The receptionist is rude and very dismissive. I came to this location with my husband for his UA today and from start to finish she was nasty by the face and mouth. When you're in customer service on the front line dealing with customers, you should always great everybody with respect. Especially when this is not your establishment. Wheeww

The experience was great and let me take my drug screen and return home to my little one without a long waiting period

I have had several visits here and everyone is helpful and listens to my complaints, everyone is friendly and compassionate. Dr Gray is helpful and concerned about my health and orders everything to make my injury better so that I can return to normal. My next step is Occupational therapy which I start 01/31/2023 with Jacob.

Same facility I use every year. Front desk has always been nice people. Doctor's are usually easy to talk to. That's why I stay with this facility.

I suffer from really bad anxiety so The staff was amazing , the young lady in the front was super helpful. She even helped me out when she was off the clock so I appreciate that . Everyone in the back was great and made me feel super comfortable .

The staff was very nice and helpful with the overall process there are still some people in the medical field that is doing an excellent job to service the general public. Professional and friendly environment l would definitely recommend others to frequent there

I came in for a drug and medical screening and all of the staff from the patient check-in person to the doctor were all professional and nice. They did a great job at explaining what the process was and getting you on your way.

Horrible Dr.G I was in a bad accident he didn't examine me.He released me without checking me.Im still in pain.He had me confused with another patient. I can honestly say he is a true company Dr.no regards

I called around ahead of time to be sure the location I attended would have the necessary tests needed for employment screening. However, I was informed they did not have them upon arrival the next day. I was then sent to another location. Overall, friendly staff but disorganized processes at times.

Nice. The lady at the front desk was full of life and very helpful. The doc who gave me a vision test was the best. We talked life experiences and gave me a couple of jewels to help me on my life's journey. Because of him alone, I will always come back.
