OH MY GOODNESS!!! Seriously after staying in London over a decade and coming to this place accidentally, randomly and finding the best pizza in UK after Naples, Italy… was the best thing for me this whole day… we order 4 different pizzas and literally every pizza had its own taste in itself… in the end I gave a salute to the chef who made this happen and treat us with such great pizzas… like Dominos you can’t just say that toppings were different, but trust me every pizza has its own taste and after trying so many pizzas in UK AND ITALY, I recommend this place to go to if you are in Exeter or near around.. thank you everyone in this restaurant, who made this possible 🫡🫡

A 5🌟vegetarian & vegan restaurant that embraces sustainability. Delicious food and excellent service! They offered us a free glass bottle of water, which was replaced when it was finished. That is such a thoughtful idea and a lovely gesture, especially on a hot day like today. The staff was kind, polite, and respectful as they were wearing face masks constantly, which is not an easy thing to do on a hot weather and especially indoors of a restaurant. Thank you and I hope someday I will see you opening a restaurant in Coventry or Birmingham as well! ☺️

I ordered a takeaway and it was ready within 15 minutes. Wonderful vegan pizza! I had the Garlicy and added sausage (the sausage was slightly dry so I think vegan pepperoni might be better but it was fine). Also got the vegan lemon cheese cake which might be the best vegan dessert I’ve ever had☺️ Prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent atmosphere and delicious pizzas. Although we are not vegetarian, the pizzas were great. Coupled with a nice cocktail and we had a lovely night out! We will definitely visit again.

Great pizzas. The chefs really have that passion for cooking. I got a table from which I saw them cooking and it was incredible. Well done chefs! The pizza was thin and had a nice crust with no many bubbles which I missed. I had the blue cheese - but I missed the string flavour as I got the vegan version. Really food amount of toppings and I love they do that as many places don’t do it. The milkshake was spot on as well. I ordered salted caramel. Will definitely be back and try more of their pizzas and maybe the calzone. 100% recommend to go.

Very welcoming, all vegetarian. There aren't many tables, and there are a few with a bit more privacy. I would say it's best for groups of max 4 people. The pizza was good but I was hoping the base would be sourdough which it wasn't.

A place which offers authentic Italian pizzas with all vegetarian menu is surely a rare find. The garlic foccacia with parmesan and chili was so yummy and the lady on the reception was super sweet too. We loved you "The Flat" ❤️

A wide range of delicious vegetarian pizzas and excellent cocktails for a reasonable price. Would also recommend the focaccia starter if you're very hungry, Staff are very friendly and the service is fast. Booking recommended as it's quite cosy.

The place was full so we ordered takeout and ate at a pub nearby with whom they have an agreement. The pizzas were delicious. Putting seeds on them truly makes a difference. Several options looked good, all vegetarian, and some vegan. It looked like quality ingredients.

Arguably, the best pizza in town. Veggie or not, there is little to think of. This pizza is amazing. And the shared antipasto is sublime. Bit hard to find a table last minute but highly recommended if you book in advance.

Relaxed atmosphere, great service and good quality food. Recommend no matter whether you’re vegetarian/vegan or not - there is great diversity of flavours on offer. We loved it and will be back!

10/10 vegan dining experience. not only can all the main menu options be made vegan, but ALL THE DESSERTS are vegan too!!! every pizza has a fantastic flavour profile, and the vegan versions are always adapted so well so that you don't miss out on the taste! almost everything can be made gluten free as well! fab cocktails, such welcoming and friendly staff! I recommend for all veggies and vegans, this is my favourite local restaurant! :)

Excellent experience! We enjoyed everything -cocktails, starters and pizzas all delivered with friendly and helpful service. The lemon cheesecake dessert (and limoncello) was a brilliant finish to a lovely meal.

A lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff and honestly the best pizza I've ever had - and it was vegan! Cannot recommend this place enough, we really enjoyed it. Also serves amazing cheesecake and wonderful cocktails/cider. 10/10!

Absolutely excellent! Friendly service, nice and unique choice of pizzas, and wonderful food. A clear commitment to providing sustainable vege and vegan pizzas without any bluster and preaching, with a clear focus on delivering good food. Lovely puddings and choice of drinks too. Some of the best pizza in the South West? Definitely.

Such a great little place. The service, atmosphere and the food was all incredible. They are also very conscious or restrictions and we were made to feel very safe. Would highly recommend.

We visited The Flat as a family and we were not disappointed! The staff were friendly from the word go and the vegan pizzas.... the best we've ever had! Lots of topping and yummy cheeses. Definitely worth booking as it can get busy.

Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve tried! It’s an awesome space, with a cozy vibe, great food and a good beer/drink selection! One of Exeter’s best indeed 🙌🏼 We came back in hopes that the Burrata would still be on the menu and we were not disappointed…. It was as good as I remembered.
