Finally I found an amazing bakery! I live in Hoofddorp and I was walking by and wanted to try “pain au chocolat” and “pain au raisin” with a baguette! Everything was so tasty and good and I am French!

I was there on a Sunday morning. Very small variety of bread - e.g. no ordinary rye bread, according to the person who worked there. The bread that I bought was stale, and within a day inedible. Perhaps I just got there on a bad bread day. But I will unfortunately not return, since there are too many good alternatives in the vicinity.
